Todo muy limpio y comodo

I don’t think I’ve ever given a bad review for a hotel. But I must say the public relations in this particular place is nonexistent always made me feel very uncomfortable.

Check in: We couldnt pay with creditcard Another stress was I need to check for a code to verify my booking, the bookingnumber was not sufficien. Room: No room service during stay(cleaning) Bathroom was always full water on the floor Breakfast: Terrible!!!!!!!

Needs maintenance

Um otimo hotel, estava limpo, tem barulho a noite das motos. Otimo para esperar o cruzeiro maritimo. Ficamos por 4 noites e não houve arrumação do quarto ou troca de toalhas.

Very beautiful hotel, with very nice design and pool area with bar. The beach and the area not the best. But for some go to excursion or need to go stay a Romana for work it is a great option. Very good food

We thought we had a reservation but when we arrived there was no vacancy. Had to search for another hotel when most hotels were booked solid.

The price is so much for the property!

Very friendly family atmosphere. With a lovely ambiance. A bar and restaurant on site which is very convenient. Stay one night. Have no regrets. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Decent property but the streets beside and behind are busy with motorcycles throughout all hours. Also there are many flies around the area, but overall a nice stay for the price. Also the food was very good!

Aucune étagère ni crochets à la sdb pour poser sa trousse de toilette et pas de barres pour les serviettes. Dans la chambre très grande, rien pour suspendre son costume de bains mouillé par ex. Pieds noirs quand on va se coucher, donc sol pas propre. Chambre No 5, sombre, voire obscure.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti. La posizione è strategica per visitare la Romana, Baya Hybe e anche per fare dei tour alle isole che si possono prenotare direttamente dall'hotel. L'hotel è molto pulito e ben tenuto. C'è un parcheggio interno che viene chiuso di notte e degli spazi esterni con piscina per rilassarsi. La colazione domenicana ci è piaciuta molto. Il personale è molto gentile e attento alle necessità del cliente. Utile il supporto dei gestori dell'hotel per qualsiasi necessità, ci hanno dato consigli super sui posti da visitare e come raggiungerli.
