No WiFi working. Towels were not changed at all. Only one member of the staff spoke English. Room too hot and the radiator could not be turned down. Very narrow staircase leading to second floor, making it difficult with a large suitcase. The only pluses were that the staff was friendly and the hotel is right in the city center.

Booked room for my friend. She said it was good with very friendly reception staff.
