Everything - staff and help with dinner etc was excellent - tea available alll day was nice - the room was perfect and we enjoyed the loft to relax! Thank you to everyone there

A perfect stop on our way back from Puerto Natales while waiting for our Santiago flight. Staff was welcoming and professional. Our room was sparkling clean. And even though we had an early morning plane to catch, the staff prepared us a light breakfast and fresh brewed coffee at 6am. Good location, with an easy walk to town.

What a great calm and peaceful place to stay! The owner was a lovely woman that helped in any way she could to make me feel at home. The hotel was very comfy and accommodating. Loved the top room to relax!

The staff at Hotel Ilaia went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. There uplifting messages on the walks, which the staff lived up to. It was a joy to stay. Highly recommended

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We had no idea how important the POI paper is until they told us, because the pass port officer did not inform us. Please do not through it away and keep it in a safe place!!! Furthermore the breakfast was exceptional especially because we had not electricity for about 1 hour before - I have no idea how they managed it!!! Just perfect. Good tips about restaurants in neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around town and port area. Very nice can highly recommend it

The people make you feel so comfortable. More like visiting a friends large a5econd home than staying in a hotel. Felt like i was being treated to breakfast by my mother (until my wife reminded me that we may be older than her). Everyone cares. Basic service - no TV etc and a bit rustic. $3us uber to downtown. Near the lookout and a great restaurant also with views (where we enjoyed a fabulous dinner). Book your stay!

The lady in the lobby was fluent in English and she was incredibly nice and friendly. She showed us to our room and showed us free coffee, tea and mini-muffins available 24-hours a day. There is a lovely lobby on the first floor and a charming sitting area on the top floor with a stunning view of the town.
