A week ahead of time I asked for a room with two beds I received a room with one bed. My guest was harassed for ID.

The clerk was nice and informed us they only had two rooms left one with no A/C and it had a bad smell and one with A/C and a bad smell and the option for full refund if we didn’t like either. It was horrible like something had died in there we could not stay. We are not picky but it was unbearable as soon as the door was opened.

First off there was no one at the check in desk just a note on the door to call the number and some would help yeah ok. After finally checking in went to the room was a total disaster smelled like death, holes in the walls looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in well never. No soap, shampoo or TOILET paper. When I inquired about the TOILET paper the response was sorry we don’t have any we are waiting on the truck. So I then went to the front desk and was told the same thing. Well luckily they had soap so I could was my hands. Ok so now we left and came back later that night I went to the front desk and asked for the TOILET paper well the truck did not arrive surprise. I then asked for a refund and was simply told NO! Unfortunately had to stay the night when we went to check out no one at the desk tried calling some numbers and no answer. Finally just left. So if you are reading this please for the love of God don’t go to this garbage dump the call a hotel.

While we could always nit pik about the little things, there are plenty of positive things to say about this place. The staff is very friendly and always accommidating and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Sure, this place could use a full time maintenance person and possibly a security presence, mainly for show, as never once did i have an issue with theft or damage to my truck. I left my bicycle unlocked overnight both nights and my truck too accidentally, for a night and during the day with no problems. With minimal effort and the right help this place could very easily be a top spot. It is not run down, just needs a little love and bigger budget to fix what needs fixing. They still have fire damage to one area of building. It doesn't appear to hurt their business. It would be great if the community here in Wichita would jump in and help this nice lady get her fire damaged area repaired, her fitness equipment replaced and an ice machine. She is doing the best she can with what she has. Come on Wichitans, you can do better.

I don't know how this property has anything other than negative reviews. The place is a dump. The room was gross. Crumbs on the bed, walls not clean, bathroom had an odor. Trash piled up outside the door. We came up for a concert and left. Did not even hesitate to make the drive home instead of sleeping in the room.

Check in was not good. Office was locked and took 10 minutes before anyone showed up to register us. Double room with 2 people staying only had 1 towel in the room. No bath mat or washcloths either.

Parking lot needs cleaned up with the in running cars and the hall ways were the stairs are but other then that the room was great

Part of the place is burned out.Office cleark was no place to find .Towels was gray not white.Refrigerator not working.In room is faul smell.Sheets are dirty.Everything is old and outdated.You should not recommend this place to travelers.

To be honest, when we pulled up the place looked pretty bad in several places. I know that "you get what you pay for" but I was ready to turn around and leave. I went to the office to see about checking in and the lady was very sweet, and did say that it was a work in progress. I took the key cards and went to see the room, and it was a lot nicer than I was expecting. Room was clean, and bed was comfy, so I closed our door and went downsatairs to get my husband and some of our stuff. Carried things up and we couldn't get our door to open. The lady at the desk came up and showed us the trick. Insert the card, push the handle in and turn it up slowly! No ice machine, but we were able to get some at the gas station or restaraunts we went to. There was a fridge and microwave oven that we used. The fridge was turned off to start, but it froze our water bottles that we used to keep things cold. The ladies were very nice at the front desk. Sadly no breakfasts either. But for the price It was OK.

It was uneventful but fun.

Was about as good as you could want to expect for a room priced as affordably as this one was for me. Not a 5 star joint but comfortable enough to stay in for a night.

Ran down hotel everything was old barely working stained, hard / thin towels.

I didn’t check in until 4:00. My room was not ready until 4:30. Actual check in time was 3:00. The smoke detector kept beeping needing a battery replacement and even though the room was cleaned it smelled like pet dander. I will never book with this hotel ever again. I didn’t even stay over night as I took my booking as a loss and chose a different hotel.
