Very nice and clean. Bartender was not friendly at all.

This property needs a long overdue renovation. Smells of smoke in the halls, dated floor to ceiling. Rooms smelled like smoke. Elevator had a burned rubber smell. Carpet in room had holes, detached in areas and felt sticky :(. Tub drain was clogged, took a long time to drain.

The floor we stayed on had a horrible sewage smell our whole stay. Once we got to our room the bathroom was dirty and we didn’t have towels. We tried calling but the phone had no dial tone, so we used our cell phone. After being on hold for 15 minutes we hung up and called back, once we spoke to the lady she said she would ‘write in on a piece of paper and give it to housekeeping’. We never got the towels… ended up having to walk down stairs to the from the next day.

This was the absolute experience we’ve had at a Hilton

We’ve stayed at every hotel in this area. We will always come back to this Hilton Gardens. Great pillows. Great breakfast. Shower was wonderful! Only issue this time, was hard bed and rough sheets.

Wasn’t terrible but disappointing… State of Texas and they have NO FIREARM sign … not that did anything to dissuade my carrying , but absurd.

In my opinion, the place is over priced for what it is. I could’ve gotten the same room elsewhere for probably $20-$30 less a night. From the outside, I thought it would be nicer rooms.

I was pretty disappointed and don't expect to be staying at this property again. It is average at best. The staff are fine but the amenities and services are lacking. The treadmills didn't work in the gym. The t.v. in my room didn't work properly. I had to turn it on manually and the remotes didn't work or allow for access to netflix or anything else. When I complained, they showed me instructions to fix it. My son and I were so looking forward to movie night but just couldn't get the tv to work. Finally, there was no bath soap at all in the bathroom and only one bath towel for two. We had to track down housekeeping to ask her to replenish the bottle. With these things, I'd much rather just stay in an airbnb and forgo the gym. I was pretty disappointed. Best thing about the hotel is that it is across the street from a lovely restaurant for breakfast and lunch and not far from the highway.

Receptionist at arrival was off putting and seemed bothered by my presence and was tangible as she was not the same with the next guest she checked in. The room was dirty, under the bed there was so much dust and food crumbs from previous people it was really gross. The office chair that was included in the room was peeling from the a rest and left rough pieces all over the floor. The room AC was noisy and squeezed all night! It was on of the most uncomfortable nights I have ever experienced at a Hilton. The morning staff was much nicer but overall the experience was really poor!

I didn't like how things weren't working when we stayed. The jacuzzi wasn't working, the wifi wasn't working so we couldn't use the tv for music, somethings for breakfast weren't working as well. The bed comforter had statins on it how distinguishing. The shower had hair in it. I wouldn't recommend. For the price we paid and the things that weren't working we felt we deserved some money back. It wasn't worth the price.

Heating unit were a little loud but not bad
