Las instalaciones del hotel en general muy bien respecto de la comida y bebidas no eran proporcionales en calidad y sabor con su costo, tienen que mejorar mucho. El spa es lo mejor del hotel 100% recomendable.

The Spa (A Absolute Must!): Do not skip the spa services! The spa is an architectural and wellness masterpiece. Booking a treatment here is a non-negotiable part of the experience if you want to lean into full relaxation. Delicious, Intentional Dining: The culinary experience was fantastic. Every meal felt thoughtful and high-quality, with food that genuinely tasted like it was prepared with love. The Verdict: If your goal is to trade the noise of daily life for peaceful, private luxury, top-tier service, and incredible food, this resort delivers flawlessly. We left feeling entirely restored and cannot recommend it enough.

The best resort we have stayed at, the staff amazing and courteous, the food top tier, and the resort so chic and modern. Perfect place for relaxation and tranquility. Will be visiting soon.

I’m going to start by saying that the staff serving us at the restaurants were always kind and the resort was gorgeous. However, I was extremely frustrated with the availability of amenities. There was no notification of this beforehand, nor did we receive any discount. But every night, there were only 1 or 2 restaurants open. There was only one breakfast option and only lunch option was the one pool snack bar at the main pool. We paid extra money for the all inclusive package that claimed to have 10 restaurant options and that was NEVER the case. Overall, the resort was pretty aesthetic wise but I would never go there again nor would I recommend it to any friends or family.it was incredibly frustrating especially because I surprised my husband with this anniversary trip which turned out to be a flop.

The property was beautiful. What made my stay was the staff. From the moment we arrived the staff was extremely kind and thoughtful. Loved everything about the Conrad Tulum.

Hotel, staff, and food were amazing! The hotel has the most attentive staff, and the restaurants have a true culinary experience. The only downside was the sargassum, which they worked to clean up every day. Great experience!!

Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. Peaceful, elegant, clean and quiet. Definitely go to this resort as one of the best (if not the best) in Tulum or Mayan Riviera.

The room was perfect, full wine bar and more.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was always very friendly. We found the food offerings to be pretty disappointing compared to other 4-5 star hotels we've stayed at. The TVs had limited channels and were not smart TVs. I’d say this was a lower end 4 star hotel.
