Great service and the staff very nice and friendly

We stayed one night. It’s a beautiful property with lots of green and animals around. They have a restaurant with a few dinner options and good prices. Sound isolation is not great but it was okay for one night. They offered to take us back to the airport for five dollars.

The stay was nice. The room was very clean.

Había insectos en la habitación por eatar en un lugat de campo. Nos acomodó que tuviera tres camas. Pedimos un taxi para la madrugada y llegó tarde, lo bueno es que está tan cerca del aeropuerto que llegamos con tiempo suficiente para el vuelo.

Clean room. Floors not covered with little crumbs that you can feel barefoot. Painted surprisingly well for Ecuador; nice wood-based ceilings and trim. Shower really good and hot for a longish time. No heating needed at this time, but on the coldest days in Quito, heating might be missed. Taxi was there in the morning as promised for a 4:30 am flight check-in. Has wi-fi, too.

The free roaming llamas, alpacas and kittens, and meeting the ponies and birds was wonderful. The English speaking marketing manager was very helpful. In booking trips for us! We will be back to stay another night tomorrow.

Nous sommes arrivés et il n’y avait plus de chambre pour nous. Nous avions réservé 5 mois auparavant…. Vraiment décevant après un long vol et une arrivée au milieu de la nuit! Ne pas réserver là! Aucune solution de rechange du personnnel en place, c’est notre chauffeur de taxi qui nous a relocalisé.

The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially like pick-up service seeing as I usually arrive at 3am.

Ease of check in/out. Security and distance from the airport. Rooms are quaint and clean.
