Rating & Review Keseluruhan Rittenhouse GEM - Elevator, Gym, Location

I don't know why it's called "Rittenhouse GEM" - it sounded like a hotel but really is an apartment. There's a parking garage across the street, which was convenient and it's a nice central location. Uber is recommended rather than driving. Only concern is that the lint catcher in the dryer appeared to have never been cleaned - the lint was about 3 inches thick, which could be a major fire hazard. The owner will be contacting the cleaners to make sure that it is cleaned in the future.
