Nossa experiência foi ótima, bem fiel à descrição e às fotos! O apartamentos era novinho, bem equipado e estava bem limpo. A localização é excelente, bairro seguro. Recomendo!

Excelente ubicación

The check-in process was complex, but it all worked well. This is accommodation best suited for longer stays, not a short overnight as i did. That said, it was quiet, and met all my needs including proximity to the airport.

Very bad cleaning. Very dirty floor, lots of dust on the surface. Balcony was incredibly dirty. Excellent wardrobe in the dressing room, luxurious mattress on the bed and pillows, slept like a baby. 100% audibility.

Really nice modern apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood that’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The only confusing part is figuring out how to contact the property management. Just find “babel Botánico” in WhatsApp to connect with them, everything will go smoothly afterwards.

it is a very new building, price probably is still a promotion, nice price it was. Very green around the property, ecopark is nearby. There is no place to wait before or after check in-check out. Getting the key is a little troublesome, the staff is in only between 9 am till 5 p.m. Some improvement would be needed. No answers to the email. With all of that, I would recommend this property.

Todo bien, pero deberían dar al menos un par de botellas de agua en la habitación al check in. No les cuesta mayor cosa y hace toda la diferença para El viajero que llega sediento a hacer check in

Bom para uma passar uma noite qdo tem conexão de vôos no Aeropaqrque para outras cidades! Desde que você não chegue a noite! Pq não se encontra ninguém no local! E não tem nada no apto, nem água pra beber! Eu não ficaria mais noites pq tem localização melhor no micro centro de Buenos Aires!

Experiencia positiva, el unico inconveniente fue que el telefono de contacto que figura en hoteles esta mal. No lograba comunicarme con ellos para coordinar el check in. ellos se comunicaron ese mismo dia

A ideia foi bem interessante. Checkin via whatsapp, s3nha para acesso e senha para pegar a chave. O quarto estava limpo e era bem amplo. Porem, não tinha papel higiênico e, apesar de ser perto do aeroporto e indicar que tem translado (ou seja, é para viajantes), só tinha tomadas no padrão da argentina. Nenhum adaptador e nenhuma porta USB. Passei um sufoco, sem poder carregar o celular.

Excelente localização flat super confortável e grande, uma vista linda, super aconchegante, só não gostei, pq não teve manutenção de limpeza, foram 8 diárias e não teve limpeza nesse período.

Es un espacio moderno, la calefacción fue con el aire acondicionado. Bien ubicado con bares y mercados cerca. Edificio moderno. Lo único por lo que no volvería fue la cocina, está poco equipada, no tiene campana de olores entonces al cocinar nos tocaba abrir la puerta del balcón y nos congelabamos, no había como secar los platos, una jarra para un jugo o simplemente una ensaladera para servir. Es un buen espacio como habitación para dormir, pero si se quiere tener la ventaja de un airbnb creo que puede haber mejores equipados.

Algunos ruidos molestos desde temprano

There is nobody around after 5pm to help you. Everything has to be done by text. They have a strange tv system that kept logging you off and not working. They would send text messages with instructions that did not work. I was tired after a long flight and very annoying to be having to be texting and waiting for a response rather than sending someone to fix it. I was given a room with no light so was moved to another room after complaining which was dirty. No toilet paper and I had to wait until the next day to get some as nobody was around to help.

Nicolás the property manager was extremely helpful and nice. The apartment was spotless and clean. Really beautiful minimal space. Incredible balcony with amazing view. Neighborhood is amazing with the best bakery for coffee and medialubyin the morning. The area is one of the best. The only small problem is that Expedia does unit give you the correct whattsapp number to communicate with the manager. Easily solved by googling the info for the other babel hotel in BA. Don’t think twice about booking this apartment.
