Our stay was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant was a perfect choice for dinner as well. The staff were very professional and pleasant. Overall, our stay was perfect, and we truly enjoyed it.

Excelente ubicación y servicio de Front Desk llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y nos guardaron las maletas y nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones a donde ir. El cuarto impecable y el servicio de desayuno incluido muy completo

The service is amazing. The food is delicious, and the place is beautiful!

Excellent service, nice touches like your slippers set out next to your bed on turn down, little munchable treats for bedtime. Amenities included down by the spa at no extra charge- 2 saunas , rainforest shower and the indoor pool. An incredible breakfast included, one of the coolest two pools out there! The floor of the outdoor pool is glass so you are looking down on the indoor pool.

Everything was first class!! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!! The staff was awesome!!

The hotel was lovely. Well appointed rooms, beautiful public spaces and the location was perfect. Excellent breakfast included. The spa was a great way to pamper ourselves after a long day of sightseeing and a lot of walking. The staff was so helpful in recommending things to do during our too short stay. Would highly recommend staying here during your visit to beautiful Aveiro.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was clean and convenient for our two-day stay in Aveiro. The only improvement would be to somehow reconfigure the bathroom, which was uncomfortably small (kind of had to squeeze in and be careful how one moved about in there). We only had breakfast in the restaurant, but they seemed to be trying too hard for their Michelin guide inclusion (for example, the avocado toast ordered for breakfast was just a little too weird to eat, but otherwise the buffet items were really quite good).

Esse hotel é incrível e tem a história de Eça de Queiroz. Os quartos são luxuosos e o café da manhã é fantástico. O restaurante Prosa tb tem um chef maravilhoso e o menu degustação é surpreendente. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
