Rating & Review Keseluruhan Casino Motel

On arrival, the rooms originally booked were unavailable (2 rooms with 2 queen sized beds). The only rooms that were available were rooms with 1 queen sized bed and a pullout couch, which we accepted one, and one was upgraded to a king size bed with a pullout couch and a jacuzzi (which we weren't interested at all in). When entering the room we immediately saw a cockroach crawling across the floor and many dead bugs throughout. We did not get a picture of the bug, as asked by the front desk, when we asked for a refund.

Awful. Checking in the women was cursing and annoyed. Then she gave us the wrong key. The room did not have wires to watch tv. The bathtub did not drain. There are tents of people sleeping on the property.

This is a work in progress, new managers are inviting and gave us a few ideas for outings.

New management is overhauling what I think was an old travel lodge, so of course on the lower end relatively speaking, but was well worth the price and location is very convenient

Pulled in and immediately felt like I was being cast as “Victim #1” in a true crime reenactment. Nothing here feels safe — the door chain is too short to use, the curtains don’t close all the way (enjoy being on display!), and the front desk guy needed my ID twice because, I dunno, the voices weren’t done talking? Then some guy who clearly lives there starts asking when I’m leaving, like he’s checking if I’ll be gone long enough to borrow my organs. Meanwhile, the bed sheets looked like they survived a forensic investigation. Unless you enjoy sleeping fully clothed with one eye open and your car keys in hand, go literally anywhere else.

This is a cheap motel. You get what you pay for. I wasnt expecting much for what I paid for it. It is run down and not very clean. There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor. The check in process took forever because the owner is very unorganized. When we arrived another person checking in was given a room that already had someones belongings in it. I also booked a room with two queen beds and they didnt have that room anymore and I had to use a cot for all of us to have a place to sleep.

room was nice, new renovation, mattress was really comfortable, good a/c but the outside of the place, well it needs work, so when you pull in you might thinks to yourself 'uh oh' but when you get your room you'll you feel much better about it, the rate is economical so it's worth it once you get passed the exterior..

Tub was dirty upon checkin; tub backed up with huge ball of hair, couldn’t regulate cold/hot water, no tissues or cups provided, no dresser or closet; chair broken; desk drawer would not open; tv did not work; staff who tried to fix tv left and never returned, blood stains on sheets; no maid service. Horrible horrible room!

Showed up to check in- no one answering the bell or the phone. Door is locked.

Disgusting

There were many problems with the room. The bathroom faucet leaked, there was no mirror in the bathroom, there was no security chain on the door, and the TV didn't have the channels that I wanted to watch.

The place was completely disgusting We pulled up had broken down trailers outside people who look like they life there sitting in chairs outside the

Hasnt been dusted in a long time. Tv wasnt pmugged in, no signal so no channel's, and remote batteries dead. No hot water. Sink was outside of the bathroom. Marks and stains all over walls. The door didnt seal well so i can only imagine the winter time with cold air coming in. Janky lock. Ac unit smelled gross cuz it was never cleaned. People partying out front at all hrs. Fireworks going off at 11:30 at night in parking lot. Very loud. Reserved a king bed, got a full. No trash can. No phone. Comforter has holes. Fitted sheet didnt fit. The pool was empty and had huge plants growing out of it. Lady at check in was very nice and sweet. Close to everything. In a pinch id say maybe. Other options available, then absolutely no.

This hotel is by far the worse hotel I've ever booked! It is false advertising at it's greatest! When I arrived I thought it was a joke that I had entered the wrong location, it's a MOTEL like something you would see in killer movie. When I arrived no one was at the front desk the doors were locked and I had to call the number printed on the front door to wake someone up to come downstairs to check me in. I reserved two rooms however they told me they only showed one room for me! The room smelt like mildew and was not clean, there was a ring around the tub and in the toilet no toilet paper or iron, the window didn't lock so someone could open it from outside, there was a crack at the bottom of the door so air was coming in the room not to mention something could have crawled under it as well, the mattress looked like they had found it at a dump even though they have tried to do some upgrades it's not worth the money they are charging. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again I ended up checking out after the first night when I was supposed to stay for two nights it was just that bad.

Bathroom was dirty, no sound on the TV, weak shower, leaking fridge, and a raging fight outside my room at midnight between the owner and a long term renter. Stay away.
