Everyone was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful as was the Japanese dinner! Definitely enjoy the rooftop bar as the ambiance is amazing and staff are friendly.

I injured my leg prior tovarrival and the offered to setup a wheel chair rental, which was perfect. Also, tgeir popularcrooftop bar was full, but the manager was able to get us seated. Highlt recommend.

Very well located near all main attractions. Staff went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. Convenient check-out at noon makes it easy for people catching flights in the afternoon. Pool and Spa were a nice addition. Good breakfast with a long time slot to choose from.

Lovely hotel that does justice to its name as an Arthotel, with style and character. Location is central and convenient. Rooms are modern, tasteful and very well equipped. Great spa facilities.
