Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the mini kitchen and the heated floor in the bathroom.

Tolles Hotel mit wunderbarer Lage. Zu Fuß vieles erreichbar. Einkaufszentrum St. James Square bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Rooftopbar toll mit schönem Blick auf Carlton Hill. Bei der Sauberkeit gibts noch Luft nach oben. Absolut zu empfehlen!

We were a bit disappointed in the size and cleanliness of the room. It was so small we didnt have room to open our luggage. Had to place them on the bed. There was tons of dust on the light fixtures and baseboards. Being a clean freak I was put off by that. Staff were okay but not as friendly as other hotels we stayed at.

The room was very quiet and thè bed was comfortable. Good layout in bathroom although shower somewhat slippery. Kitchenette had no papaer towels or kitchen towel. Basically whatever is needed you need to bring The layout could be better as the mirror in the room is a floor mirror vs. A mirror over the desk which would be much more useful.

Very small room and there is a wall on three sides of the bed so you have to crawl in from the foot of the bed.

Perfectly fine for a stay in a very convenient location. Great access to major areas. No complaints.

Das Hotel befindet sich oberhalb eines tollen Einkaufszentrum. Die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind alle bequem zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein tolles und grosses Zimmer Richtung Calton Hill!

We flew in from Canada and arrived in Edinburgh by 9 am, the staff was able to check us into our room by noon. We had a great stay! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Access to a washer and dryer was an added bonus. The location was absolutely perfect for us. Super close to bus stops, the tram, and Airlink 100 from the airport. Also, within walking distance of many attractions and resturants. Added bonus, no stairs to climb from the Airlink 100 Bus stop! Highly recommend staying here!! We will definitely be back!

Ótima localização, seguro, a 30 m da entrada do shopping, 10 minutos a pé, e com malas, da estação de trem Wacerley Edimburgo. Transporte do aeroporto até o centro da cidade por ônibus ou tram, com parada também a não mais que 10 min a pé do hotel. As amenidades são suficientes pera o café da manhã, além de poder comprar vários iri outros produtos. E, se a escolha for um quarto com vista, pode-se desfrutar da linda paisagem do Carlton Hill.

The floor of my room was disgusting! I had to wear socks while in it so my feet didn’t turn black with dust and dirt. My friend and I booked the room with a view… it honestly wasn’t much of a view… we thought we would be much closer to Calton Hill based on the pictures, we definitely were not as close! And the view had A LOT of construction (not that it’s the hotels fault, but it was an eye sore). As far as the balcony, there’s no furniture on it and you aren’t allowed to bring a chair out to enjoy the outside air and only one of the doors worked, not both. The bathroom was big and spacious, but the shower door doesn’t keep all the water inside and none of the mirrors were great for putting on make-up. The location was convenient, being that it is on top of a mall and an easy walk to the train station. Lastly, about half of the staff was nice. We didn’t know we had to insert our room key in a slot to get the electricity to work, and we didn’t see the signs of the fire alarm testing. We called the receptionist for both events and they sounded like our phone call was an inconvenience to them and that we should have known already about these things… we didn’t see any signs for either of these events (if there are any). Overall, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

This property is in a great location! Walkable to most everything a tourist would want. Plenty of food and shopping options. Staff was wonderful!
