Very good property, excellent location. There was only one bin for the entire room which was a bit inconvenient.

Staff were helpful and fantastic. My tv wasn’t switching on so the staff came up and managed to get it on but then after they left the remote wasn’t working. Also, I noticed something in the small safe - looked like some kind of empty ‘baggy’ with residue in. I didn’t want to touch it so left it there

Wonderful, friendly check-in. Very clean room, spacious enough for two with lots of luggage. Modern and comfortable rooms and bed. Fantastic location in the City Centre, within walking distance to everything! Would definitely return.

While the location was great and the room spotless, I was surprised that there were no built-in USB ports in the room to charge devices, especially at this price point where it's ubiquitous even in cheap hostels. The room is also really tiny for the price point, much smaller than you see in the photos and you have to shimmy past the bed to get to the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, while there was bath soap there was no shampoo, etc. for a guest to use. Again, at the price they charge you'd think they would have such items gratis already in the room.

Lovely hotel. Fab decor. But soooo dark. Moody is fine but would like to see what I'm eating for breakfast!

Bed was so comfy and good size. Shower was great. Room was on the smaller side but was fine for how long we were there.

Staff all friendly, lovely comfy room even if small. Cozy bar for drinks after a night out. Will definitely be book again

This is the second time I've stayed at Motel One and for the price point it's excellent. The room is comfortable (albeit a little small) and the hotel is a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly, and directly in front of St Peters square and its tram routes. Rooms are very quite, without any noise from the street below.

Everything was ok. The registration staff was not very kind, but the location is very nice.

The hotel is beautiful clean and the staff are great. The meeting spaces here are amazing too. I stay here when in Manchester regularly now.

Great location, room had everything you needed and loved the 12pm check out! We really needed a lazy morning.

Responsive staff helped source an iron and ironing board, also fixed safe in the room.

Close to bars and transportation. The rooms are clean but small. It’s perfect if you plan on staying for only a few days

Great place to stay. Lovely staff and fantastic lobby bar area. Late bar is always a welcome bonus. Rooms pretty basic but beds comfortable and bathroom clean and nice.

Clean, modern, comfortable hotel that met our needs at a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect, right next to St. Peter's Square with its various tram services and a short walk from many interesting venues.

Good all around

Would be great if the hotel had irons / boards in the room rather than having to get them from reception
