I did not receive any email or sms for check in. I had to call but since I was travelling from another country it cost me a lot! the hotel was clean and good but check in and check out was really stresfull!! I would not prefer again, I think they must improve their check in process.

Urdålig lösning utan bemannad reception. Ska det digitaliseras måste det fungera. Nästan omöjligt att få kontakt på det angivna telefonnumret. Hissen fungerade inte när vi kom och sedan bara sporadiskt. Men det var fräscht rum och tyst.

Everything was as expected - ultimately easy check in and room was spacious and nice. Would return and recommend.

The hotel is well located in an upscale neighborhood close to Ayer Brygge. We reserved a room with 2 beds and there was no mention in the description that one of the beds was a chair sofa bed that needed to be converted by the guests. There was a strange odor when you turned on the sink faucet, the TV had no signal, and there was a loud creaking noise from a gate outside. Otherwise, the Filip self-service hotel is renovated, tastefully decorated, and comfortable.
