My go-to when i make my annual trip from Canada, Clean, quiet, and close to beaches and the city. Lot's of great places to eat nearby and easy access to the train/ buses. Friendly staff. see you next year!!

The room flooded with water. The manager was more concerned about not being able to rent the room out until repairs were done than our damaged clothes. Very unprofessional

Well equipped apartment Close to shops

Great hotel offering a variety of accommodation options close to bayside beaches, shopping centres and transport. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating with special requests.

Property was a 3bed spacious unit in group of residential units which we didn’t realise. Nevertheless it was ok although it would’ve been good to have more than the small set of 3 shampoo/conditioner for 5 adults. En-suite didn’t have any soap at all. Ok stay

Neat and clean

Did the job- but definitely needs new mattresses. We could feel every spring. Made for a terrible nights sleep.

Newly renovated, staffs are ready to help and prompt respond. Kitchen setup is good enough for travel cooking. To my expectation.

It was so small. Felt like a prison. No windows. No settee. It was clean but couldn't stay there. Had to leave!

Accessible reception at anytime of the day. Polite and helpful stuff. I've stayed here many times and enjoy staying here and would recommend it to my family and friends...

renovations being done- that was okay as that was away from our room . But our room had been recently renovated but there was still a mess on the stairs near us and the walkways nearby. There was no mention of renovations on the website-they should be highlighted for potential customers . The room was very small also. We dined at their restaurant and the food was excellent with very good service.
