Breakfast is good and delicious but I wish more variety with salad and fruits.

My favorite place to stay in Bacolod

Everything’s so great definitely highly recommendable! From room, staff , and amenities. Awesome place to stay in Bacolod for vacation. Staff are so friendly and accommodating with a beautiful smile. Excellent service!

This is my go to Hotel in Bacolod. The property is clean and the area is close to nice restaurants. I also like the free breakfast with a lot of options. I tried staying at Seda Hotel and Citadines is better and newer.

My wife and I believe that the Citadines is the best hotel in Bacolod.

It was a short and simple stay. The hotel was excellent even amidst the chaotic city conditions . It was ideal when i selected it due to its location to the airport. The staff were very supportive and friendly. the facility was very clean , but it was also very new compared to the surroundings.

All good. Need more vegetarian options on menu.

Staff is wonderful place is absolutely clean Hallway is a little stuffy and sometimes has some odd smell but everything else is wonderful.

I have stayed here at this hotel several times. The staff is excellent and go beyond their duties to make sure we have everything we need. My wife and I agree that citadines is like our second home. Thank you!

The room was very well equipped with full kitchen washer dryer and separate bedroom. 2 separate thermostats kept the rooms comfortable.

The location was perfect—lacson street. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. The bed comfort was the biggest negative. It was my fault when I ordered through Expedia. I accidentally hit a room with twin beds but my wife and I wanted a room with a king bed. I asked if there was a room available with a king bed. He told me there would be an upcharge. This is my 3rd visit to your hotel and I have ALWAYS received great service. My wife and I spent 7 nights in a room with twin beds.
