Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le buffet varié et copieux. Malheureusement les places près de la piscine sont prises d'assaut dès 8h30/9h.

Hôtel annoncé comme un 5 étoiles avec spa, mais grosse déception. Lors de la réservation, il n’était pas clairement indiqué que l’accès au spa était payant. Une fois sur place, on découvre que tout est en supplément : 21 € pour le sauna, 21€ pour le hammam et 21€ pour la piscine. Au total, cela fait 63 € par personne juste pour profiter du spa. Si je l’avais su avant, je n’aurais jamais réservé cet hôtel. De plus, au 4ᵉ étage, les couloirs sentaient les égouts et l’état général (moquette et murs) est très vieux pour un hôtel censé être 5 étoiles. Points positifs tout de même : l’équipe d’animation est très sympathique et le buffet est copieux et de bonne qualité. Je conseille aux futurs voyageurs de bien se renseigner avant de réserver, surtout concernant l’accès au spa, car ces informations ne sont pas clairement indiquées lors de la réservation.

Room was okay, but aircon wasn't working, the bathrooms had a slope problem for draining water (which we've seen in other hotels too), had some swage smellings sometimes, but the staff were very friendly and kind. Food was perfect and in total was a good experience.

Hotel au top, grande chambre très agréable et propre. Le petit dejeuner au top avec du choix et surtout c'est bon. Enfin un 5 étoiles à la hauteur sur djerba, très contente d'avoir decouvert cet hotel ou je reviendrais pour les vacances avec grand plaisir. Je recommande !

Les infrastructures sont très bien, chambres spacieuses, piscine bien équipée, plage agréable. Les moins sont la restauration des plats froids , pas suffisamment de serveurs et un restaurant très bruyant. Autre point négatif est le bar , le personnel est pas très présent pour les clients… pour moi l’hôtel

Tout était parfait

Upon arrival at Iberostar Eolia Selection, we were somewhat disappointed. Nobody came to greet us or assist with our luggage, and when we were handed our room key, no information was provided about the hotel’s activities, where to collect beach towels, or other essential details one would expect from a 5-star establishment. The first impression, unfortunately, did not reflect 5-star service. As our stay went on, however, things improved significantly. Mimita, Lamia, and Rim at reception were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel more welcome. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas were beautiful, offering a wide selection of delicious food. That said, clearer labeling of dishes, desserts, and fresh juices would be very helpful, as many items were unlabeled. The staff were consistently cheerful, attentive, and eager to help. It would also enhance the experience to have someone at the restaurant entrance to guide guests through the buffet and highlight special offerings such as the outdoor BBQ, which we only discovered by chance. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The true highlight, though, was the beach. Always kept clean and orderly thanks to Kursiya, who was incredibly attentive and always ready to help us find a sunbed. The sea itself was stunning crystal-clear with a brilliant aqua-turquoise hue.

Ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié c'est la chambre avec tout le confort nécessaire peignoir chausson sèche-cheveux etc. La gentillesse du personnel et le ménage fait. Concernant les repas assez de plats variés

Tout est beau,bon ,propre , paisible … Personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable , et très compétent !! Chambres magnifiques, extérieur splendide et surtout de nuit SPA top ,soins parfaits, Cuisine variée, délicieuse, on est accueilli comme des rois !!

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt! Alles war perfekt – das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essensangebot war riesig und von hervorragender Qualität, da ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Der Strand ist wunderschön, sauber und ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Auch die Animation war großartig – abwechslungsreich, aber nie aufdringlich. Unsere Kinder hatten riesigen Spaß, und auch wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können! Wir kommen garantiert wieder!
