Check in staff very helpful and pleasant, room great space and modern, great Aircond for the blistering temp outside. Pool was great. Breakfast lots of choice and replenished frequently. The only niggle was my wife arrived after me on a late flight, arriving at the hotel around midnight, was picked up with the hotel shuttle (at a cost), that part was fab, however we went to the bar to grab a drink, one of the bartenders was finishing making a cocktail for another guest, however when I went to order a drink, I was told the bar was closed??? Not ideal and we only wanted a couple of beers. The issue was at check out when I asked what time the bar actually closed, was told it didn’t!! That made it feel worse. Would stay again however and just bring my own drink 🙈

Hotellet och rummen fräscht och nytt, tyvärr stängde de poolen redan kl 19:00 trots 30 grader varmt. Smidigt med transfer till flygplatsen max 5 minuter.

Ein modernes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern, ideal aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Flughafen Malpensa.

That was the worst day we have ever had first of all they did not answer for request for the shuttle from the airport so we ended up paying for a taxi which was a mile and a half away and made no excuse for it. The other horrible thing is when we finally did get a room. They gave us a key to somebody else’s room and we walked in and all their stuff was in there. That was very unsafe. And thirdly, it was a swimming pool like a doughboy pool on top of the roof and it was the hotel was rated eight point something and I that’s why I booked it. It was very reasonable but now I know why.

sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel unmittelbar am Flughafen, Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Leider ist der Shuttle Service etwas unzuverlässig, nach ein paar Telefonaten hat dann aber alles geklappt - hier würde ich einfach etwas mehr Zeit einzuplanen.

Frokosten var bare sånn pass. Vi hadde frokost inkludert, men måttf betale ekdtra for egg, juice etc. Dette er ganske dårlig.

Rooms nice, very modern, quiet and very clean. The food was not very good. Just American pub grub standard for a lot more money. Pricy. Staff just looked miserable to me. Our server wasn't in the best of moods. Charge for breakfast and charge for the airport shuttle. About 2 miles at 15 Euros. It was ok.

A estadia foi muito boa. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. O transfer entre o aeroporto e o hotel é de grande ajuda. A estrutura do hotel é excelente para uma estadia rápida, prática e estratégica. Quanto ao sistema de atendimento dos serviços de alimentação, é demorado, confuso e com algumas regras inadequadas de setorização e exigências de mudança de lugar para ser atendido. Produtos que são vendidos através de expositor não podem ser consumidos neste espaço...curioso. À equipe do café da manhã, bom, falta simpatia e sorriso na interação com os hóspedes. Sugiro uma reformulação nestes aspectos.

The hotel seems like it’s both nice and in need of a good cleaning. Damage to the walls and ceiling in the room. Tv didnt work correctly, kept resetting back to Home Screen after 5 min

If you have no other choices then this is definitely a good hotel for you to stay overnight. The location is amazing—only 5 mins away from the terminals. There were no slippers or toothbrush in the room. You will have to ask the front desk. Since there are no other options for food around the airport. The restaurant downstairs is the only choice. Service was slow; took them forever to bring me a can of soda. And the bar is literally empty. Woke up and saw a small black bug on bed, glad I didn’t get bit. Overall, the hotel itself is decent. But the staff and amenities are just ok.
