The hotel is really new, well-located and the competitive on price. However, there is a big construction site about to start on one side of the hotel. So watch out.

Coffee machine did not work. It was replaced and again did not work. Requested to use the leisure facilities for a shower after check-out and I was denied. Room was nice but above two issues frustrating

My only issue is that the ac is controlled by the reception and you have to contact them to make the room cooler

The aircon is always 23-27 degree. Went to the reception and complain a few times they says will do cool it from their system but it doesn't seems to work. Staffs are great. The other thing is I can hear the neighbor room talking.

My first time in Riyadh and I got this hotel by random at app and I really enjoyed, everything from the people that work till the quality of the room and services. The best ever option for business and location in the city. I travel around the world and this is one of my favorite staying places
