重新整修後，感覺新穎但無法突破原本建築結構限制顯得房間有點小，隔音不大好，但早餐跟露天風呂區仍在水準之上，早餐可用到13:30真是完全考慮到客戶渡假心情，可以完全放鬆沒壓力，還有可預約每半個鐘頭一班的接駁車至車站。

Staying at this hotel was easily one of the BEST decisions we made during our trip to Taiwan. Everything exceeded our expectations—the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was outstanding, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and even included a huge hot spring bath. The hot spring experience was truly phenomenal; the photos don’t do it justice at all. I was amazed by how large it was—it felt like an indoor space, yet it was actually outdoors, so the ventilation was excellent. There were so many different pools, saunas, and even a fish pool to enjoy. I feel so lucky to have found this place and will definitely be coming back. Our stay was absolutely wonderful—thank you!

除了房間比較小外，其他都很優！泡湯浴湯算大，房間清潔舒適，服務也很貼心到位，位置也很方便，整體而言，是個很推的飯店！

四人房大間，床鋪大又好睡的，泡湯區乾淨也不擁擠，SPA區水柱打擊強而有力，早餐也很豐富，一路提供到下午1:30。。。整體很不錯

想要出外覓食很便利，走路大概5-10分鐘就可以到熱鬧的街，工作人員能迅速排除問題，是一次很棒的住宿體驗。

夏天就是要去礁溪玩水泡湯！ 舒適乾淨的冠翔泉旅，就是最好的選擇！

我們去爬抹茶山回到飯店已經11:00，想要洗個澡 申請late check out 被收台幣1200 我們有付 但覺得很沒彈性跟計較 畢竟這也不是多便宜的飯店 而且隔天是週一

舒適又方便的體驗，有機會的話下次還是會想再去。

很高興看到冠翔重新開張，整體氛圍令人感到放鬆，拜遠離主要的交通幹道所賜，環境相當安靜。櫃檯人員很親切，早餐的餐廳各式餐點都很精緻且豐富，期待未來能開放晚餐，會再來造訪。
