Very clean and nice view!

High tech toilet 😅

J’ai eu quelques difficultés à trouver le logement mais surtout dû à ma fatigue après mon vol, l’appartement est exactement tel que décrit. La cuisine est équipée, le lave-linge dans l’appartement est un vrai plus, la literie est parfaite. L’appartement était vraiment très bien. Il y a un convenient store au pied de l’immeuble. Mais si l’on souhaite faire des courses plus conséquentes, il y a un supermarché à 15 mn de marche. L’appartement se trouve à 20/25mn de marche de Chinatown. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Hôtel bien situé à Incheon à 15 minutes de marche du marché de Sinpo et à 20 minutes de Chinatown. Sinon il est entre 2 stations de métro (10 minutes de marche). C’est pratique. L'accès est aisé et le check-in se fait en ligne. Chambre confortable, bien équipée et propre. Lit confortable. Deux bémols. Les portes des appartements claquent fort si on ne les retient pas et cela résonne la nuit. Et sinon, problème que j'ai déjà eu dans des tours coréennes, il ne faut pas mettre le papier toilette dans les toilettes mais dans une poubelle. Ce n’est pas très hygiénique. A part cela, globalement un bon séjour.

Communication and Check in wasn't perfect

This is the first time we stayed in a contact-free check-in and check-out. No live person was supposed to be there for assistance, except for a period during check-in time but I didn't see any person. You will need local internet connection since they will only give you passcodes for room, elevator lobby, and temporary storage (In case you get there before check-in time) after 1 PM at check-in day. I used a travel SIM card purchased from the airport once I landed in Incheon Airport (Which is also the main airport for Seoul) in order to do that. The building and the hotel room were clean and extremely modern, less than a year old. The room and facility inside were excellent. The price was a bargain for such great facility. Just make sure you are good at internet dealing otherwise you could have problem (They also have a phone number you can call for help but you will need a phone plan to be able to do so.). A block to the west there is taxi stand in front of a traditional hotel. Subway stations are within walking distance. I will go back and stay there again if I will ever visit Seoul again.

I had a pleasant stay, thank you!

The property is a brand-new apartment building. I can tell it has a lot of vacancies, many doors still have the vinyl wrap around them. The neighborhood appears to be still somewhat dilapidated. I would not advise walking around the block. The unit itself was tastefully decorated and clean. The water pressure was non-existent, however. So, forget taking a nice hot shower. The waster just dribbles. The unit also was equipped with a washer-dryer and a kitchenette. So, the unit had more positives than the negatives.

Toilet has little bit smell

This was a great location for getting around Incheon. Our room was very accommodating and comfortable! Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

No service, different to find the place

This property is not located in Chinatown. It is in an extremely isolated spot - even taxis had a difficult time finding it. The building had signs for several different hotel names in the front; it seems like a ghost hotel that is rented out by various different companies. The room itself was clean, but everything else about the experience was terrible.

Wrong password was provided even if contact less check in service. 2 shower towels but very small size. Toliet floor was very dirty. No spare toilet paper even if they provides bidet.

it is a new residential builing. no public transportation nearby. no shops or restaurants closeby except one convenient store.

레지던스답게 뭐든지 다 있습니다. 다만 청소상태가 별로였습니다. 방에 머리카락이 다수 발견되었습니다.

I liked the property but as a foreigner, I had to go through some challenges. 1. Not easy without knowing Korean language. 2. No instructions given or posted at the door about how to bring the keypad to enter the access code. 3. Appliances, outlet are controlled by smart switches. Hence they are turned off and not sure how to turn on. Even a Korean person came in thought those outlets are not working. I had to do some guess work to get them turned on. 4. Refrigerator is kept behind a wall and not easy to locate. I found it accidentally by doing some treasure hunt game… 5. Trash removal wasn’t easy. I expect this must be a part of the room service. 6. Mobile front wasn’t convenient. I got panicked when I don’t see any keypad to enter the door code. Glad I found few people on that floor to get their help 7. Mobile app wasn’t easy to use as it goes through some validation process and that appears to work for Korean residents only.

프론트가 없어서 조금 당황했지만 잘 찾아 들어갔고, 기대 이상 깨끗한 상태에 아주 만족한 숙박을 했습니다. 추천합니다.
