Our favorite hotel that we stayed at in Italy. The staff was so nice and offered restaurant recommendations! The bar area was very cool and the rooms were nice. Good beds, very clean, great shower. And we walked to everything we wanted to, about 15-20 min walk from all the sights! We would stay here again if we got to go to Florence again! I would tell friends or family to stay here.

Good Position, Little Storage Space.

The staff provided a really friendly and accommodating service and the room and facilities were great. The self check-in process is a little lengthy but the staff are on hand to walk you through it.

We were greeted in a welcoming manner. Our room was spacious, breakfast had a lot of offerings, and the overall ambiance was relaxed and “hip”.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean and spacious room. It was four of us-me, my husband and our two kids (6 and 13 yrs). There was enough area in the room for all of us. It is loft style so there is a bed upstairs and one downstairs. It is right in front of the tram station so if you need to go anywhere just hop on the tram. We walked a lot and it was easy walk to Duomo, Uffizi and other central area. Lot of restaurants near by the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Florence next time.

Mooie ruime en lichte kamers vlakbij tramlijn die rechtstreeks naar luchthaven gaat, mooie inrichting, gezellige receptie met bar Check in was wat te administratief en ontbijt iets aan de te dure kant, maar in de buurt waren er genoeg alternatieven.

It's a very good place to live in Florence. I highly recommend to everyone.

O hotel é incrivel!!! A experiencia comeca por uma recepcao nada convencional, sendo o check in no balcao/bar 24 horas do hotel o que torna tudo mais bacana.. rapido! O quarto é sensacional.. tudo novo, produtos do proprio hotel (shampoo/condicionador/ dois tipos de sabonete liquido) otimos! A cama grande, lençois e travesseiros mega confortaveis.. decoracao elegante! Banheiro com chuveiro incrivel.. com um otimo nivel de vazao de agua.. e controle de temperatura! Toalhas extremamente de qualidade, macias. O servico das camareiras funcionou super bem! O hotel fica em frente a estacao do bondinho, que faz conexao com a principal estacao da cidade e aos pontos turisticos. A regiao conta com lavanderia de roupas express, cabeleireiro, locais para cafe da manha. Super recomento! Adoramos!!!!

The stay was amazing. The staff were wonderful. The lobby was beautiful and the neighborhood was perfectly safe and clean. We can’t wait to come back!!!!!

Modern and clean room

Everything was just perfect

The Manager and staff were all very welcoming, pleasant and accommodations were beautiful. We also took our Daughter, her husband & 2 grandchildren. We were all in the Maison category rooms w/loft & able to open to a small balcony for fresh air. Rooms are sound proof, spacious & very modern altho bldg was built in the 1600’s. Lovely stay and would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
