Wonderful staff!! The rooms were quite new and super clean. Our room was facing the street, which caused some noise but I think this is what you can expect from a hotel location right in the middle of the city. The hotel already supplied ear plugs to the room - so no problem at all. The staff had a 'nothing is impossible' attitude - especially Claudia made us feel very welcome and as a part of their family. I spend more than 30 nights in hotels across Europe - and it is very rare that you feel a warm atmosphere like this!! I will visit the hotel again any time

We loved our stay(s) at Casa Pince. We decided to stay there twice during our European visit. The first room was our favorite with two cute balconies over the streets. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning was nice and cool! Nicely re-furbished, boutique hotel in a bustling location.

After spending the better part of a week staying at a hotel near the conference center where I was attending a conference, I decided to extend my stay for a few days in Barcelona. I wanted to move closer to the heart of Barcelona and chose to stay at Casa Pince, which is located "in the middle of everything". Virtually everything was walkable from here and the surrounding locale was exactly what I wanted - full of amazing architecture, old streets, plenty of restaurants and public squares. I searched on Expedia for hotels specifically in this vicinity and Casa Pince was highly rated. There is a restaurant onsite, there is air conditioning, all the things you would want in your room (refrigerator, espresso maker, iron, fully stocked bathroom, etc. ). I also chose a room with a balcony, which I'm very happy I did. I heard that it could get noisy in the area, but I wanted the option to sit outside in the evenings (which I did). I was never bothered by noise - the room was quiet. And cool. The bed was comfortable, The shower pressure and water temperature were perfect. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff was completely non-intrusive. I slept in several days and was never bothered. When I would go out late morning or afternoon, I would remove the tag from my door and my room would be pristine when I returned. Totally recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Pince, we stayed once on our arrival to Barcelona and we booked again for another night before we left. The place has been renovated and the rooms were clean, the bed was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful. Veronica at the front desk is wonderful and we really appreciated her. We will stay here again when we return.

The hotel is clean, and the staff is very professional. I happen to spend my birthday there, and the staff had a nice gift for me. I typically travel for my birthday and this is the very first time that the hotel where I spent my birthday did something special for me on my birthday.

Our stay was excellent overall, and we truly enjoyed the property, staff, and amenities. The only minor issue we experienced was at checkout. We understand that checkout time is strictly at 12:00 PM, and we take responsibility for not being fully ready by then. However, once noon arrived, staff came to our door several times within a short period, which felt a bit rushed. While we completely respect the hotel's checkout policy, a little more flexibility or a less frequent reminder process would have made the departure experience feel more relaxed. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful location in the middle of the gothic quarter. Rooms are small but extremely comfortable, super clean and well appointed. Also - given the location, I was amazed at how beautifully quiet the room was —- just perfect. The restaurant is not the same company as the hotel and I found that there are much better ones in the area, but it is convenient. I would definitely stay at this location again!

We had a great stay at Casa Pince. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The property was comfortable, well-maintained, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, a very positive experience with no complaints. We would happily stay here again.
