Amazing location, quiet but close to everything. Staff very friendly. Room super clean.

Breakfast was good. Service is incredible at the front desk and they even have an AI system that you can talk to via whatsapp that acts as a receptionist. Rooms are not massive but amazingly clean and have everything you need

Breakfast options were good, something for everyone. Even the early to-go breakfast was very nice and enjoyed on our early morning train ride into Vienna for the day. Also enjoyed the daily beetroot shots :) The hotel and room were very clean and modern. Loved it. The staff were amazing and very helpful with everything. Whether dinning options, how to get to the train station, must see sites, grabbing a taxi, you name it they were always so wonderful and helpful.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Budapest. We loved every aspect. The room was light and spacious with everything you could need for a short stay. Breakfast was fantastic and staff always on hand to help. Would thoroughly recommend as a place to stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was decent, though not very close to the city center. The breakfast was nice and a pleasant addition to the stay. However, there was very loud noise from a bar behind the hotel that continued until the morning, making it difficult to sleep. In addition, the shower had no door, which meant there was no privacy for anyone sharing the room. I also wish the hotel had an indoor pool. The area around the hotel felt less comfortable at times, with many homeless people searching through trash nearby.
