Staff very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Accommodation clean and facilities perfect for our stay. Breakfast plentiful and great choices. Parking on site. Loved the design features of the hotel.

Très bel hôtel avec une belle terrasse, et un très bon restaurant.Salle sport et parc juste à côté pour faire un jogging. On a une très belle chambre,très spacieuse. Le personnel est très pro et disponible. Nous avons reçu un petit cadeau pour notre chiot et c'est un geste qui fait plaisir. Nous avons été très satisfait de cette expérience et nous y retournons

Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind mit Auto angereist und am Hotel waren genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Preis lag bei 25€ pro Tag und kann direkt im Hotel bezahlt werden. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und sauber. WC und Dusche waren getrennt. Eigentlich ein Vorteil, aber schade, dass dann im WC kein Waschbecken vorhanden ist und man zum Hände waschen erst in den anderen Raum laufen muss. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sowohl das Stadtzentraum als auch der Strand sind mittels der Straßenbahn (Madurodam Station in unmittelbarer Nähe) nur wenige Stationen entfernt. Ein teures Parken in der Innenstadt ist somit unnötig. Meine Frau und ich haben beide jeweils eine Massage im hauseigenen Amilda Spa gebucht. Diese hat uns super gefallen und war sehr entspannend. Absolut empfehlenswert. Insgesamt würden wir jederzeit wieder hierherkommen. Vielleicht gibt es ja auch ein Zimmer mit Waschbecken neben dem WC. Dann wäre alles perfekt.

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage. Mit der Tram schnell in Scheveningen am Strand, genauso schnell in der anderen Richtung im Stadtzentrum.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet, scenic part of the city. The number 9 tram takes you from the Hague central directly to a stop across from the hotel. Hop on that tram again and get to the beach in about 10 minutes. There's a nice grocery store about a 15 minute walk along the canal and through an authentic Dutch residential area. A couple of points: to get on/off public transit requires scanning your bank or credit card. Had I known this in advance, I might have brought a card for transit use only. Also, there's major construction occurring immediately out the back of the hotel. If you're sightseeing during the day, this isn't an issue. BUT, if you're hoping to relax in your room during the day, this might be an issue.

Great Location 10 mins from downtown No. 9 Tram drops you right there. Very good staff. Good breakfast choice. Standard rooms are a little small so I would go for bigger. Nice relaxing hotel, I would recommend and stay here again

2 nachten geboekt als Gold member Expedia. Bij aankomst in de avond wilde de medewerkster niet mee gaan in de extra’s die Gold members horen te krijgen. Ze zei dat het een zelfstandig hotel was. Ook vertelde ze niet dat er sloopwerkzaamheden waren waardoor we rond 07.30 uur wakker werden door de herrie. Aangegeven bij Expedia over de incheck . De volgende morgen bleek na tussenkomst Expedia, dat er een misverstand was!! Vervolgens prima geholpen door andere medewerkster met upgrade en verhuizing naar andere kant van hotel met welkomstdrankje en gratis parkeren. Blijkt maar weer hoe belangrijk voor je hotel gastvrij personeel is.
