Alla personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma; själva hotellets interior design var jättefint och unikt; läget var perfekt; 10min med bil till flygplatsen var alldeles utmärkt. Rummet var OK men handdukar såg lite gamla ut och var kanske dags att byta de till nya. Det enda utmaningen var wi-fi som fungerade inte riktigt hela tiden och handfatet som behövs att fixas, naturligtvis bad vi dom att komma och fixa men det hjälpte inte mycket. Generellt rekommenderar vi gärna Reform Hotell:)

My parents stayed at this hotel one night before they flew from the airport. The room was clean and had everything they needed. Staff has been very helpful. Only downside is that the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner. If I had known this, I wouldn't have booked this hotel, as my dad would have had to buy lunch and dinner from outside of the hotel . I'm not sure if it was mentioned in the hotel description, if not, it should be. But the breakfast is very enjoyable.

the room was spacious and clean; the breakfast was fresh and good verities. the service could improve. they needed to be reminded few time for anything requested.

Çok temiz, kahvaltı süper, odalar konforlu, çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Merkezde bir otel ancak illa merkezde kalırım diyorsanız elite world’e gidin.

Oda bakımsız, havasız ve eskiydi. Pencere apartman boşluğunu görüyordu çok havasız ve kapalı hissettim. Aynı zamanda tatil dönüşü böcek ısırmaları farkettik, tahatakurusu vb bir şey olabilir. Ortalamanın üstünde bir yer olsun diye tercih ettik ama tren yolculuğu bile daha konforluydu.Turizm sezonu olmamasına rağmen bize en kötü odalardan birini verdiler sanırım.

Günden güne kötüye gidiyor hizmet temizlik her şey bayağı kötü.

Güler yüzlü ilgili personelleri sayesinde çok güzel bir konaklama geçirdik

Lokasyon olarak çok güzel her yere rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Özellikle çalışanlar son derece yardımsever ve çalışkanlar. Ancak bazı önemli sıkıntılar var otel ile ilgili. Öncelikle tuvaletten sürekli koku geliyor. O kadar rahatsız ediciydi ki tuvaletin kapısını kapatmadan odada durmak mümkün dğeil. Ek olarak Wi-Fi çalışmıyor. Özle olarak personel Wi-Fi şifresi talep etmeniz gerek. Ve maalesef kahvaltı bu standartlarda bir otel için en iyi şekilde vasat olarak nitelendirilebilir. Bir de odalardaki her ses her şekilde duyuluyor. Otel tatili amaçlamadığımız ve sadece uyumaya otele girdiğimiz halde tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimizi sanmıyorum

Our stay in Reform was really enjoyable, far more better than we expected. There were some hassle in checking in, the reservation made by Hotels.com was not easily be found.

la stanza era pulita ma non insonorizzata. Abbiamo sentito tutti i rumori di Una famiglia nella camera di fronte. il tasto dello sciacquone era rotto e non potevamo tirare l’acqua nel wc. La colazione era veramente scarsa, sul profilo dell’albergo veniva indicato parcheggio gratuito compreso ma non c’era alcun parcheggio in albergo.

The hotel lobby is beautifully painted and decorated. The rooms are big and posh. Probably one of the most economic hotels in Van City.

Glamourous foyer, but the room and eating area is basic. Bathroom towels were old with large holes in them.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité de commerces et de grands axes. Grande chambre bien conçue et moderne. Excellent petit déjeuner. La chasse d'eau a été 2 fois en panne malgré une reéparation.

very trible place..internet was very weak and frequently disconect..breakfast was very bad and basic..with old.dirty and used materials !..(insted butter they formed and serve margarin like folk butter !)..the water cut for sevral houres tow days ..
