The hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which immediately creates a comfortable and reassuring atmosphere. Its location is excellent—conveniently situated close to everything, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. One of the standout features was the pillows—they were truly outstanding, offering superb comfort and quality. I even asked if I could purchase them, but unfortunately, they were not available for sale. On the downside, the hotel does not have a spa, and the pool is relatively small, which may be a consideration for guests looking for more extensive leisure facilities. That said, the food is excellent, with high-quality offerings that enhance the overall experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers. It provides everything needed for a comfortable, efficient, and enjoyable stay.

J'ai été déçu par la gestion de ma réservation lors de mon dernier séjour professionnel au Novotel Marcory d'ADJ. Malgré plusieurs mails et relances via la messagerie Hotels.com pour ajouter une nuit avant mon arrivé, je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation claire et j'ai du passer par une autre agence. A mon arrivé le matin du 07 février, il y a eu une confusion avec la reservation de mon collègue, pui une fois à la chambre, plusieurs appels pour payer la navette à 6 am du mat au lieu d'ndiscuter à mon arrivé ou au moment de Chckout, ce qui a rendu lexperience stressante. Le jour de départ, j'ai aussi perdu presque une heure pour régler la facture à cause d'une difference de prix liée à une modification de réservation qui ne m'avant pas été communiquée. Globalement, le manque de communication et de suivi a compliqué mon séjour.

Good room

The room and breakfast were both excellent. There were some communication issues. I asked about an airport transfer and was told there was a shuttle, which there wasn’t. I was also told the wrong price for an airport transfer. Additionally I think they were working on the room next door and the power kept going out. Because of the types of switches in the room, everything went on which was incredibly annoying as it happened probably ten times while I was trying to nap. Overall the stay was fine but those things were incredibly frustrating.

PERFECT ROOM - V3RY FRIENDLY STAFF - GREAT FOOD

I stayed in this hotel during my business trip to Abidjan and it is really convenient as he is well located in the middle of the city and you have a mall “cap Sud” just in front for dinning options and also shopping. The service is excellent and they were really available and supportive.
