Rating & Review Keseluruhan Residence Inn by Marriott Novato Sonoma

So disappointed by this hotel's service! The room was nice and location was okay but I was charged double for my stay! I paid the entire cost through hotels.com at the time of booking. Upon checking out of the hotel I was given a receipt showing $0 owed however a few days later I noticed 3 charges on my credit card that all equaled to the amount I already paid through hotels.com. These charges were not for any kind of security deposit or anything like that. I called Marriott but it took me almost a whole week to get ahold of the manager at the property in charge to discuss billing. Once finally getting ahold of the manager I was told that they did not know what those charges were for and would issue a refund. It's been over 2 weeks and I have not recieved a refund to my card. It's very frustrating to have such a great trip turn into a headache afterwards trying to get this corrected!

It was a newer hotel, very clean, nice spacious rooms,.Near freeway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Starbucks and Trader Joes walking distance. Restaurants and shops about 5 min drive.

My 2nd stay here and it was great! The staff are super friend and helpful. The room was comfortable and perfect size for me. Clean! Trader Joe’s and Starbucks maybe a 7min walk. Easy access to the freeway and gas stations very close by. Quiet and safe!

It opened in December 2024 and still had that new hotel smell! It was a very pleasant stay, staff was friendly, breakfast was plentiful with a nice variety. We just went for a quick getaway as a base for a day trip to Point Reyes. We'd definitely stay again without hesitation.

Was very pleased with the overall service. Very friendly, the lobby had a nice aroma and all the staff greeted me everytime. Will definitely be back!

The front desk staff were super helpful, friendly, and made checking in super easy. The cooks for breakfast were super yummy and different every day. Definitely would book again

This hotel was very clean. The rooms are very spacious for a family of 5. All amenities were very clean and well taken care of. And the nice was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was great!

Personally love this property because it was directly across from my daughter and 3mo other granddaughters home. Could walk right across the street. Close to Starbucks and Trader Joe’s. I loved that I was able to cook my own meals, had the kitchen with utensils and full fridge and cute dishwasher. Staff were excellent knew me by first name. ONLY thing was the lateness of the free breakfast times. She was about 15mins late from when breakfast was suppose to of been open. (6:30am but was around 6:50am) happened 2 of the 4 nights I was there .Was very comfortable and nice big rooms (King suite) Will be staying here from now on!
