Very clean room, shower was great

I took my wife here for her birthday weekend, and she loved it. We received a complimentary upgrade to a really nice room, and the birthday package with room décor made it extra special. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great stay

The room was spotless and just enough room for family of 3. The bathroom was our favorite. The clean tub and the rain shower were really a great addition. The salt for the bath was also such a great touch. The security of the hotel being in the city center was well thought of. The location is smack in the city center and was so convenient to go around the city. I would check-in here again. ♥️

Clean rooms, liked the hard floor rather than carpet. Good location too! Staff were also very good.

Room was ok. No robe or slippers which I would say in another room is fairly standard. No Atmosphere in reception. One of the receptionist was excellent a couple of them Including one I spoke to on the phone really didn’t have a clue about how to answer questions, I have suggested to another receptionist a couple of them needed training. Probably wouldn’t opt to stay at a Radisson Blu again

Great location in centre, room decent size and comfortable. Staff polite. Easy parking option pre-bookable nearby. Minor areas for improvement - tv channels didnt work, room a little bit warm and couldn't work out how to reduce temperature thermostat as didnt seem to be responsive. Breakfast later than 9.30am would be appreciated :) Overall would stay again.

Great hotel, centrally located, very clean and well decorated.

Room was fine just on the cold side, no carpet felt like a trendy loft room with no warmth. Paid for superior room but you just get extra floor space nothing more than that. Felt like a family room just took the extra bed out. Nothing special. Cleaner also opened our door and came in our room first thing in the morning, despite us placing the do not disturb on the door and door was locked from the inside? No apology nothing. We told the person on reception about the cleaner when we checked out but he could not have been less interested if he tried! Wasnt horrendous but wouldnt go again to be honest.

The location is fantastic, right in front of the Christmas market with a beautiful view of the Town Hall. The room was spacious, bright, and extremely clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Spacious lovely room. The mini fridge was really useful. Excellent location for the everything we needed whilst in Sheffield- city hall for a concert and local restaurants.

Great location was in town for a gig at Sheffield City Oval Hall and was only few minutes walk away, lovely products and fine selection teas and coffees in room

Staff were lovely but it was very understaffed especially at breakfast. The way finding signage is very poor, hard to find your way back to reception from room and as hotel has unusual layout this was an issue. Bumped into a couple of people who also struggled to find way back to reception
