Im ganzen war das Hotel gut. Wir waren nur ein paar Nächte dort, dafür ist es echt in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und die Klimaanlage ist relativ laut. Außerdem hat die Dichtung am Boden der Dusche nicht dichtgehalten und somit war jedesmal der ganze Boden im Bad ünerschwemmt. Der Duschkopf war auch nicht dicht und es ist überall Wasser rausgekommen, nur nicht da, wo es sollte. Eine kleine Heizung im Bad hat uns auch gefehlt, um Badebekleidung, Handtücher etc. zu trocken. Es gab ein kleines Buffet zum Frühstück, allerdings mit relativ wenig Auswahl.

Wonderful hotel, but unusable internet. The facilities are new and well kept. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The location is great, but surrounding area not so much. My only real complaint is the internet. It is unusable and this caused massive inconvenience for me personally. This is a great place to stay if you don't require a workable internet connection.

Kahvaltı fena değildi kaldığımız 210 numaralı odada çok fazla klima sesi vardı. Ulaşım rahat değil ara sokakta ve çok fazla trafiğin içine giriyorsunuz

Overall the hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and polite and we felt comfortable and relaxed. The room was cozy and quiet as I wanted. I would definitely recommend this location as it’s very near to local attractions and beaches. Breakfast options were mainly local, my minus point was for not having coffee apart from the sachets which contained milk and I couldn’t have it unless paid separately. Nevertheless it was all worth it and we totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.

Et veldig fint hotell med god standard. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vi hadde, veldig hyggelige personer i resepsjonen. De i kantinen og renholderne var veldig flinke også. Spesielt Emine som hadde ansvaret for renholdet hos oss. Hotellet ligger bare noen kvartaler unna sentrum.

Ich fand es toll, dass man zu Fuß nur ca 7-8 Minuten gebraucht hat, und sofort in der belebten Altstadt war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war auch sehr schön. Lediglich das Frühstück sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern, es gibt weniger Auswahl und es gibt viel türkisches, leider ohne Zettel mit Namen oder Beschreibung. Für mich als Vegetarierin schwierig, weil man teilweise nicht sieht ob Fleisch mit drin ist oder nicht.

I was visiting Antalya solo for a check up on my dental implants and needed a place to stay in the centre without breaking the bank and decided to try this hotel out. For a 3 star hotel, it's exactly what I expected. Service was brilliant, room was a decent size and bathroom was adequate. They also provided cheap airport transfer too. I visited while it was 37°C weather so the AC was working wonders however, once you remove your hotel card from the room, the power turns off probably to save electricity along with the AC. The area is also in a backstreet/alleyway but it wasn't really an issue for me. The location of the hotel is what makes it great. I was walking everywhere from the hotel with most places being within walking distance like the Old Bazaar being only a 5 min walk away. There are many local shops and cafe's close by too. The only major downside I would say is that there was no duvet, rather it was a very thin blanket. I would have preferred an actual duvet. The breakfast options weren't great also but I'm a very picky eater so that might just be me. There was a Yemen Kahvesi close by which I used to get breakfast from though. Other than that, I can't complain for a quick trip to Antalya.

TATİLİNİZİ BERBAT ETMEK İSTİYORSANIZ GIDIN. Yorumlara bakıp 5 gün tuttuğumuz iğrenç bir otel. Odada sabunluk yok bozuldu diyip 5 gün boyunca bardağa elimizi daldırarak sabunu kullanmamızı söylediler.Ütüyü almak bile çok zor. Duş aldığımızda banyo giderinden su gitmediği için önce tuvalete oradan odayı su bastı. Denizde değil yatağınızın kenarındaki tuvalet suyuyla yüzmek istiyorsanız gidin. Bu durumu gösterdiğimde bize boş odaları olmadıklarını yapıcak hiçbir seyleri olmadıklarını söyleyip temizlemek için personelleri de olmadığı akşam 5 ten itibaren koca otelde sadece 1 kisi kaldığı o da hem resepsiyonda durması hem otoparkla ilgilenmesi hem güvenlik görevini yapması gerektiği için elime çarşaf(Yerdeki pis suların üstünü kapatmak icin)verip indi. Ulasicak kimseyi bulamayip israrla müdüre ulasmak istediğimizi söyleyip 1 2 dakikalık konusmanin ardından bize yarın para iadesi yapılacağı ve konu hakkinda hakli olduğumuz söylendi. Sonraki gün müdürle görüşmek isteyince hiçbir durumdan haberinin olmadığı şokunu yaşadım. Durumla ilgili hakli olduğumuzu ve eşim ve bana birer kahve ısmarlayıp konuyu kapatmamızı söyledi. Ben ısrarla resepsiyondan ayrılmayınca otel sahibiyle konuşup geri geldi ve yapabilecekleri bir seyin olmadığını söyledi. Israrla en azından hizmet alamadığım son günü benden almamalısınız doğrusu budur dediğimde tamam ama düşük puan vermeyin gibi şeyler söylediler. Ve şuan 1 günün yarısından bile daha azını yatırıp iadenizi yaptık dediler. İğrenc bir yönetim şekli.

Karşılama ekibi mutfak ekibi temizlik ekibi gayet sıcakkanlı ve samimiydi. Mutfaktan sorumlu Azra'ya teşekkür ederiz ilgisinden dolayı yemekler ve kahvaltılar gayet lezzetli ve tazeydi.

Şehir merkezindeki konumu, odaların ve banyoların temizliği, personellerin yaklaşımı çok iyiydi. Teşekkürler
