It was a lovely stay, not super modern but scrupulously clean. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Only moan was WiFi was a bit hit and miss. That said would be first port of call if I went to Keswick again!

This is an excellent place to stay in Keswick. The rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent breakfast . The service was also very friendly and efficient. I had a view of the Lake District fells which was second to none

Friendly welcome. Free parking at the front a bonus in Keswick. At the top of the building but beautiful views. Lots of little touches. Breakfast lovely.

The b&b was excellent as were the host. Room was spotless and a good size and the breakfast was spot on with quality produce. Will stay again without a shadow of a doubt
