1) The walls of the room are thin, and I could hear voices from the next room. The next room guests were having a video call during midnight, which was very noisy.
2) I didn't order breakfast, nor the staff asked if I wanted at check-in, but the hotel told me to pay £30 at check-out, which, they said, meant to be for the breakfast. I explained that I didn't order/eat breakfast and I should have paid the whole amount. They confirmed and canceled the charge. Why does this kind of mistake happen?
