Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich. Hier macht die Chefin fast alles selbst. Zu unserer Überraschung hatte die Küche Sterne Niveau, obwohl das 3 Gänge Menü nur 26,50€ gekostet hat. Absoluter Geheimtipp.

We had hoped to Eat here but had been delayed several hours at the Channel Tunnel and as a result we ate earlier as we knew the restaurant would be closed when we arrived. The breakfast was very good and having read the menu we hope to visit again on another trip. The view of the Etang from our room was nice. The room we had was comfortable and spacious.

We arrived at 3pm which was check in time and there was no one there we waited for an hour the hotel was completely closed up looking through windows tables had chairs put up on them like it had been closed for a while we looked completely around the premises there was no one on site and everything was locked up. we then had to drive and find another hotel for ourselves which was very upsetting I tried to contact Hotels.com but was not able to.

Prachtig in de natuur gelegen gebouw bij het water. Zeer rustig, mooi interieur, fijne omgeving (nabij natuurpark met verschillende wandelroutes)

We first discovered this hotel through the now defunct French travel specialist VFB as this was included in their La Carte Hotels brochure. Beautiful setting by a lake and close to the A28/A88 autoroutes for access to the Channel Ports. Delicious French menu in the restaurant.

The grounds, the adjacent pond and the dining area look great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself was not up to much - detached bed head, discoloured bathroom walls, discoloured grouting in shower , wardrobe that wobbled when opened - it all suggests a property that needs some love to return it to its former glory. To be fair it was competitively priced and in a convenient location.

Lieu extraordinaire. Au cœur de la nature, étangs, rivière, bruits de la cascade, oiseaux sauvages. Maison charmante et très bien rénovée. Un hôtel de caractère avec un accueil chaleureux. Dîner du soir vraiment gastronomique. Petit-déjeuner généreux. Une vraie envie d'y retourner.

Our first time at this hotel and overall we were pleased. A lovely location, a characterful room and a good meal in the evening. we were welcomed on arrival and shown to our room. However, in our opinion the hotel let itself down a bit with the room as there was no plug in the basis, a half roll of toilet paper with no obvious spare, and no water glasses. We were slightly concerned at the prices of the various set menus (unfortunately no a-la-carte) but in the event they had a small menu that suited us just fine - it was also delicious. Would we go back? Yes, we would.

Déjà venu il y a quelques années, cuisine au top c'est un vrai régal. Serveur super sympa et au petit soins. Chambre a la déco ancienne mais ce qui fait aussi le charme du lieu. Petite liqueur de bienvenue a tomber par terre. Au calme avec une vue splendide. C'est mieux en été qu'en hiver. Au top

Agréable séjour. Service très attentionné. Bonus appréciés: liqueur d’accueil et possibilité de se faire un jus d’orange pressé au petit déjeuner !

Tres bon sejours. Sur votre site il y avait marqué chambre avec bain a remous et frais de sejours inclus dans le prix. Hors nous avons payés les frais de sejours et la chambre n’etait pas comforme a l’annonce.

Havre de paix. Hôtel très agréable, convivial, personnel accueillant, sympathique. Hôtel très bien situé. Cadre magnifique. Rien à redire. J'y retournerai très volontiers

Etablissement bien placé au bord d'un étang et à proximité de la forêt, au calme. Bonne table, juste dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas servi en terrasse mais dans une pièce sans la moindre vue.

The woman who owns the property was lovely. She spoke both French and English. The restaurant was fantastic! Good choices and good price. The room was great and had a tub, which is unusual in France! Comfortable, good price and good people!
