Lodge was very clean and well equipped. Staff very helpful. Nice restaurant

Breakfast very disappointing Food wasn't hot bacon was very overly dine, unable to eat coffee out of a machine was only just warm.

Is a perfect place for relaxation and for meditation the property is stunning and area is as well stunning.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, das Haupthaus ist wirklich schön, das Personal super freundlich. Unsere „Wohnung/Cabin“ war äusserst grosszügig und alles war super sauber. Was uns gestört hat, waren die Teppiche, ein Holz- oder Plattenboden wäre viel hygienischer. Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können.

Everything perfect. Don’t have heavy luggage. No lifts.

Very helpful and considerate staff, there brought up a fan in the hot summer without being asked.

If a a beautiful Manor House that has kept a lot of its old feathers. The staff are polite and nice. Our room was a classic room that had a very small window and not much of a view. There were fans in the room in case of heatwaves. Swimming pool and changing room slightly run down but pleasant.

Booked a family room and was delighted with the spacious room and cleanliness of the property. Had a great sea view room and although the hotel was very busy we didn’t hear anything once the door was closed. Excellent nights sleep and the breakfast was fresh as you would expect from a well run hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others.

We had a lovely lodge that was secluded, quiet, and private. We really enjoyed the open design and it felt calming and relaxing. The grounds were beautiful and inviting, with sea views from our restaurant dining room table! We definitely want to return, but for a longer stay in the not-so distant future!

Fantastic hotel. Felt like royalty with wooden doors and staircase were gorgeous The grounds are lovely and well cared for and we met the tortoises! The only thing that let it down was the lack of air conditioning in this really hot weather

Very reasonably priced for what we wanted and breakfast included. Have a pool with a bonus as the weather was quite warm and Amy the girl looking after the pool was very attentive, as we didn’t have any towels left in the room and she provided them and always seem to be cleaning up and tidying in the spa area. Breakfast was well stocked and in a delightful dining room and again the staff were very attentive. Tom who looked after us on our arrival was extremely polite and very informative. Overall can’t follow the Hotel or the staff and as it was our anniversary weekend they’d also laid the towels out like two swans with rose petals on the bed as well on our arrival, which was unexpected but a very pleasant surprise.

Booked a lodge which was very spacious and relaxing, didn’t use pool etc but did visit bar, not much atmosphere there but didn’t matter as only using for a base. Nice place and good value for money when we stayed

Room was clean, but lacked anywhere to put cases on and no chairs, everything had to live on the floor. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was great but not very clear as to when you could have any treatments and which days they were open.

We are family of four with 2 kids and we booked the big deluxe cottage with double bedroom. To be honest it was our best experience in uk ever. Property is very well maintained and this cottage had kitchen as well, so well equipped that you can cook anything in there, giant living room and bedrooms also very spacious. Property is done very tastefully with wooden floorings etc. We travelled from Leicester and it was our first time in Cornwall and it was worthy. There are trails and green area within hotels property which are bonus to explore especially if you have kids. Properties main building is a piece of art from a different time. Swimming pool, steam etc is top spec and well looked after. Overall I would recommend this property any day.

The self catering cabins are wonderful. It was the most spacious cabin we have ever stayed in. We loved watching the bats from the decking. All the staff we meet were friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the unique of the old property staff were helpful, bedrooms were clean and very good size, overall we will be planning to stay there again.
