This property was really nice. The location could not have been better, just a very short walk into the town centre where the city was buzzing and vibrant. We appreciated the fans, too, although we also brought our own. We are from Scotland, and we arrived into Salisbury in a big heatwave...something we are not used to. We had everything we needed in the property, all instructions were clear. It was very useful to have a dedicated parking spot - parking in Salisbury is expensive and not easy to find spaces. The TV and sound bar were very good quality, and we appreciated being able to access the HDMI slots, so that we would plug in our own TV Fire stick. The balcony finished off the place nicely, although for us during our stay, it was too hot to sit outside. On that note, for the owners, the wooden flooring on that balcony had lots of oozing sap coming from the knots in the wood panels. One of us stepped in that, and subsequently stepped back into the lounge area and brought in a little sap. It was extremely sticky, but we managed to clear up what was there - took off the shoes as soon as we stepped inside. So just wanted to make the owners aware this is a minor issue, when it is hot and sunny. But we were very happy with our stay, perfect for the 4 nights we're we in Salisbury, whilst visiting our Son in his 40th birthday celebrations. This property comes fully recommended and we would return next time we need accommodation in Salisbury - thank you for a wonderful stay.

The accommodation was exactly as described. The house was very well equipped, clean and in an excellent location.

Fabulous location within easy walking distance of the key shops, restaurants, and cathedral, parks etc. Amazing property which is well equipped too. Only downside for us was some minor dirty bits that had been missed off on the cleaning schedule, and the welcome pack needs updating e.g. WiFi was different, and this didn;t include instructions/code for the bin stores (that was on the back of the front door). Would be helpful to have everything in one place. However, that didn't spoil an amazing break and we would return for sure. Thank you.
