Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Very friendly host. Everything was nice and clean and breakfast was lovely. Will stay again

Rita made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, lovely clean and quiet b&b in a lovely setting. Breakfast was delicious with fresh baked pastries, fresh fruit and cereals. Rita is very knowledgeable about the local area and gave us some lovely places to visit including Ampthill, which had a lovely antiques centre. This trip was a birthday treat and Rita was so kind to offer us to stay for an extra night for free, what a lovely gesture but sadly we had to decline due to work commitments. We will definitely visit again and maybe stay in one of the cottages next time.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. Rita was the perfect host and looked after us from start to finish, breakfast was lovely every morning. We especially loved taking a bottle of wine and the dog into the beautiful garden one evening it was perfect. We will be back.

Rita is a very welcoming and friendly hostess who has thought of everything. She is very helpful and attentive when you need things and discrete when you do not. The beds are comfortable and the shower is hot. Upper Wood End Farm is a secret idle tucked away but easy to find and a lovely retreat to come back to each evening after my course. II wold recommend it to everyone. I cannot think of any negatives.

The breakfast was freshly baked and lovely with fresh fruit. In our room was a fresh jar of biscuits to go with our tea and coffee. Even a night cap was in there for us.
