Lovely and very dog friendly beautiful location

We just stayed one night but we found the hotel very clean and well maintained and the staff were really efficient and friendly.

Such a beautiful hotel in a lovely location

Most delightful Hotel, in a wonderful setting and it feels like being at home. All friendly staff, food good and nothing we lacked during our stay, we will travel there again, enjoyed being in the space created by the Hotel.

Enjoyable stay was had where the grounds and interior were lovely. Only downside was the price of drinks……£30.20 for two large glasses of wine.

We loved our stay here. We’d come to run a local half marathon and the staff went out of their way to ensure we could have an earlier breakfast than the usual times. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was cosy but so cute and had all we needed. The beds were comfy with lovely bedding. We’d definitely return and recommend to others.

Hotel is right inside the forest. Burley is a short walk. Evening meal and breakfast were delicious. Second time we have stayed and would return. Lots of little extras in the room, nice homemade shortbread and Nespresso machine, heaven. All staff are friendly and efficient.

The White Buck exceeded our expectations. It is set in a beautiful location in Burley, The New Forest. The accommodation was splendid, it felt clean, comfortable and luxurious. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, approachable and very accommodating. The catering was incredible. All our meals were delicious, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Importantly, the staff were attentive regarding allergies. We really enjoyed our stay and will no doubt return in the future.

Love this Hotel. The staff are always helpful and friendly. There is a wonderful relaxing ambience throughout. This was our second stay at The White Buck and won't be out last. Totally recommend to any one wanting a quiet relaxing stay in the New Forest.

Lovely hotel and room, everything has been thought of. Fresh milk for the room easily available and Nespresso machine. My only gripe would be that is wasnt particularly laid out on entry as user friendly. Lots of signs advertising events but nothing obvious to point where to go for the reception to check in or bar etc but we figured it out eventually. I imagine it would be more obvious in busier months and desk would be attended more.

Lovely room and stay in this charming place. Food was great too. We were in room 1, which was great. Luckily though I have ear plugs as without them my sleep would have been disturbed as it is next to the ventilation extraction from the kitchen, which was a little noisy. Maybe supplying ear plugs would be a good idea?

Plenty of space in restaurant & bar areas to eat, drink & relax. Stayed in a Junior Suite that was spacious & good value for money. Breakfast choice was varied & excellent. Stayed 3 nights & was happy with a different choice every morning.

Very friendly, nice bathroom products, great complementary drinks and wonderful location. Carpet is overdue renewal.
