I drove to the 1st postcode that I was sent but it turned out to be 4 miles from the actual property. In short 2 different postcodes were sent in separate emails. The emails did not state that the property would be shared. The young man in the other room was polite enough but I would’ve preferred to know it was shared when booking it. The door to my bedroom didn’t sit flush to lock it with the code. It was really difficult locking the door when I was going out and used up valuable time. The bed was unstable too.

The bedroom was clean and warm. The kitchen had all amenities, including a washing machine. The location was quiet. The other guest was polite, helpful, and courteous.

I booked for 4 nights,stayed for the first then left,i think that says it all,the room stank of weed.when i got home i had to wash ALL of my clothes,including the ones i hadn't worn that where hanging in the wardrobe...dreadful experience

Did not provide the correct code for the door. Could not enter the property. Avoid

Felt as if the cottage needed a really good clean,there was a lot of black mould in the bathroom,it needs an extracter fan the,the shower had no pressure and the lights had a motion sensor so kept going out.Bins haven't been emptied and are overflowing. We had to fix the front door because it wouldn't lock. For £30 a night it was okay but i wouldn't rush back. Sorry

Comfortability

Clean & quiete, main prob was other guests left all dirty pots & pans all over the kitchen area & piled up in sink, not very considerate to other guests, also smoking weed.

Struggled to get into place. Details sent hours before arrival after I chased them up. Couldn’t find key lock cos it was on front door which was in total darkness. Local guy used his key to let me in. No heating working. Freezing cold in room. Lights not working in kitchen nor toilet/bathroom so couldn’t see to pee
