The manager on duty Raj was amazing and super helpful. The room was very nice and clean, breakfast was great and they made sure everything stayed restocked

Staff was amazing! Breakfast not up to par with other CIS properties Ive been too. Bunch of processed CHEAP food. Bed very comfy but would probably go back to best Western or comfort Inn because they actually have better breakfast and cost the same.

A C in hall wasn’t being used or broke. That was bad. A C in room not on. Took awhile to cool down, therefore, to rest good Room was clean and nice otherwise

The room was nice. The breakfast was good. I appreciated the hotel staff making sure my stay was enjoyable.

The ac wasnt working on the 3rd floor, it was 100 upstairs. Our room was 85° with the ac on full blast. The night auditor did move us to a different room, but didnt have room keys, had to borrow from sister hotel. She didnt have approval access in the system to change us to a different room, so she just moved us.

I loved it , I just wish they had more options on their breakfast menu.

Everything was just okay. Not the worst place I've stayed, but nothing that is super special. It was clean enough but the entire hotel runs hot in the hallways and elevator. Our room's AC was off when we walked in and it was 90 degrees in the room. Yikes. It was tough to sleep in. The staff was kind at check in and check out. The shower water is hot but our bathtub had a pretty significant clog. The stay comes with a breakfast

At check in we were told they had to charge our card an additional hundred dollars for any incidentals and that we could get a refund in 7 to 10 days. The room seemed pretty. Lean and while the pillows where comfortable the bed was very firm. The room was over 80 degrees as the air was off when we arrived and it took all night to cool the down. The toilet wasnt level so it tilted everytime you sat down. We went down for breakfast and they were out of yogurt and milk and waffle mix. I probably wouldnt stay here again.

Bathroom tub had no stopper & drain badly chipped. Hook on door was falling off. Sone bugs in bathroom.
