I liked that check in was easy and quick, there is no office so when you book online, you'll receive an email or text giving you a code for front door of building, your room number and the door code for your room. The building is secured so it is very safe and the other occupants are quiet and friendly. There are stores and eateries walking distance. There isnt really anything that i didnt like except that my ESA and myself arent fans of no carpet in our room due to having an animal, but other than thay the room was clean and comfortable.

I was given a handycap room .the shower got water all over.and their is so meny spiders on the back i couldnt go out back and enjoy the water. I didnt see anyone that worked in hose keeping the hole time i was their.so i had to use the same towel for 6 day's. Not good

The code to get in the main doors they gave was the wrong code so had to wait for someone to come out to smoke so I could be let in the building and stayed for four days when I called to get help from the office it took them an hour to answer the phone but the room was ok and the bed was comfortable at least definitely over priced though

This place has no front desk. No on site workers. Smells of stale booze, weed, and hot garbage. There were multiple bugs in the room. And I would not have stepped foot in the shower.

There is no lobby, no employees, no ice, no control (that was working) over the room thermostat. The entry to the building was very dirty. Questions sent to management were not answered.

My room was very nice, modern and clean, unbeatable price for this quality I think ! Plus great coffe place across the road, easy walk to the stunning lakeshore and town center. I recommend!

Its in a safe and quiet area along the Susquehanna and convenient to get to stores, parks, eateries, and the famous riverwalk and shopping at the shops on historical front St.

Clean, quiet, good communication and convenient. Things need fixing: fire alarm hanging from wall, no coffee pot to make coffee, broken toilet paper holder, no hair dryer, cracks in walls, warped ceiling tile, musty smell, no tv remote, Roku not working.

The elevator stopped working and the front maun door isnt closing properly

Some rooms need maintenance done to fix items not working or broken but overall the rooms are clean and comfortable. Very quiet and the people staying are friendly. Very safe building and area.

My first time dealing with no contact check-in and out. I did not enjoy it. I want people there other then other guest. The beds were not comfy. Id say a 5 if that.

Some back story. We have stayed at this hotel many times when it was affiliated with Choice Hotels. Decent hotel. We liked it for the balcony view of the river. This hotel was under construction - renovations for 2 years after covid. I booked several times and canceled due to not being finished. Which this hotel is no loger affiliated withd Choice Hotel.. Now Kiteville? This trip- When we arrived noticed no hotel staff. Contacting property. Gave me one room Riverview and one room was not. They ended up giver me a second room that was Riverview. Walked in room was destroyed. Looked like someone was living out of there. Unable to get get into second room. Someone was sleeping under the stairs in the hotel. Contacted them again and asked for somebody to be onsite. They said there was no one. Told them I wanted a full refund that I was not staying there. We ended up going to Best Western next door. The receptionist says it happens all the time. Absolutely horrible. Not Safe

Either the hallway or room next door or plumbing in the very vicinity of our room had caused flooding prior to our stay because the room reeked of mildew and the carpet all along the exterior hallway side was wet to walk on, and of course there's no desk attendant to notify if issues, though I instantly signed in and left negative feedback hoping someone would reach out, but no. This room should never have been allowed to be booked....no doubt the hotel would never pass an inspection. On top of that, we had booked a room on the water side but were give a room facing the parking lot. How there are any good reviews for this hotel, I have no idea, and I read them prior to booking. I was honestly disgusted and I do not say that lightly.

No visible night signs for the hotel.

Extremely affordable. Could use a heavier blanket on the bed. Shampoo, conditioner dispensers were empty and not replaced. Staff was friendly. The hotel is very dark outside at night. I would recommend some outdoor lighting. A bench or picnic table would be nice. Would be a bonus if the lighthouse was opened and worked.

It is an easy check on process, the rooms are comfy and quiet. And there is no danger around the place

The room was a nice sizen with a small kitchen. There is also an Aldi next door!
