Other than the AC being a bit loud, everything was good.

Everything was good. Pool was a little dirty but other than that pretty solid. Fernando was very helpful.

As soon as I came in, I was welcomed with open arms by Fernando and all the staff, Robert was so helpful and such an overall great guy. Best hotel in Miami Beach. I don’t see how anything else could beat the warmth and hospitality of this place. I will only stay here when I come back to miami

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel bien situé sur la 17eme en face d’un supermarché Nous avons prolongé de 6 nuits car le prix proposé pour ke studio de luxe est inférieur aux prix des hôtels situés dans le quartier de South Beach. Nous devions faire notre Check out et finalement nous avons décidé de prolonger une nouvelle fois notre séjour de 6 nuits supplémentaires soit un total de 15 nuits dans cet hôtel

It good staff was friendly specially Fernando he very helpful ..but I wish the rooms has full size mirrors and a dresser …the showers didnt work well otherwise staff are very friendly and the room was spotless very clean ..

This is a spartan hotel, but the staff was friendly. The check-in was a bit slow. It seems like they need to get the process down, because they asked me to fill out some forms I had already submitted online. They do have some basic amenities, like coffee and offered some kind of breakfast bars. My room was technically clean, but stank of cigarettes. It felt like smoke had permeated into the walls or something and was never properly dealt with, or a prior guest had violated the no smoking policy? The mini-fridge and A/C were a bit on the noisy side as well. I didn't have food, so unplugged the fridge. The location was convenient for my needs. Definitely in a walkable area.

Friendly staff, quaint place. For people unfamiliar with the area this was just what we were looking for before hitting a cruise the next day. Thank you for a great stay.

Robert at the Front desk was great to talk with and exchange about Miami Beach, however we had no electricity in the room which made it hard to charge phones no lights or alarm clock in the AM..

The staff here was EXCELLENT! Rooms were nice and clean. My next trip to Miami I would definitely stay here again! I wish I could give 100 stars!

Hotel was clean, super close to port and walking distance to a lot of shops. Staff was so quick I was shocked. thank you guys

I often visit South Beach and this was a lovely place to stay. The location is excellent - a few minutes walk from Lincoln Street, botanical gardens, groceries and other shopping and dining. It was easy to get to but the front door was a bit hard to locate on arrival because it's small and looks locked, but isn't. The staff was mostly very friendly and asked every day if anything was needed but through my time there, my TV was not working, and noone was willing to assist me with the problem, which was disappointing. The room was comfortable and clean (although the bathroom could use a little upgrade). The pool area didn't feel very accessible.

Property is very clean and safe but needs a microwave and mini fridge. Very friendly staff.

Seemed an appealing hotel leading by the name. But room needs a mirror. Also the pool wasn't clean. I meant to stay for 10 days but an emergency maintenance of the building has me out on the 2nd night.

The amazing job Raul did on my check in made up for anything else! I loved the pool area, the room was average. Overall, I would stay again.

Location is great, price is decent but this is in no way luxury. There is only the bathroom mirror, no full length mirror, on South Beach. So you will have to find out how you look in the elevator mirror. One accessible electric socket, so you’re only charging one device at a time or unplugging lamps and moving the bed to get to that plug. Otherwise all good.

The staff was fantastic, especially Robert. He was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a spacious bathroom. The area was safe and everything was in walking distance.

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The hotel is located around or so from the beach, and a mile or two to south beach. I uber/lyfted to the beach and it wasn’t too expensive, but I was traveling all over Miami, and that would cost a lot or dependent on Trolley/bus timings. I would recommend getting a car if you are going to other areas of Miami. The room and bathroom were clean and I had enough towels and toiletries were provided. There is no mini fridge to store any groceries, there is a small coffee machine. The hotel entrance is hard to locate because there’s a small sign on the door, but it’s right next to the restaurant Paya.
