I requested an early check in on 5 February and received no reply. I then tried calling twice and received no answer and then messaged again and received a text back stating I had to pay an additional fee which I found disappointing. I was asked to complete a mandatory pre check in where I was asked to pay for the room. When I queried this I was told it was there normal system protocol, but I think this is poor form as I had already paid for the room..The room itself was nice, but the main lights didn't work. There was a coffee machine, but no pods. Check in was easy, but given the overall experience I cannot give it more than 3 stars.
