Like swimming pool

Nice staff, but the guest don't know to speek quiet

This property was a hit with my family. Fresh, mondern, funky.

Facilities were ok, bed was comfortable but just the noise traveled, 9:30pm there were a bunch of people in the pool, running up & down the hall, no sense of respect for the noise. Could hear the people in the above room stomping on the floor. Just annoying when you have a sports tournament and needed rest but the noise was constant.

It was good value for money. The spa-warm swimming pool was excellent.

The room was nice and tidy.

Everything was really good for the price and location, staff and utilities were great. Just unfortunate on the first night had neighbours that were very loud up until 12am, the rooms not really soundproof but other than that everything was great.

I cannot fault anything with regard to my stay. The moment I walked into reception Zaria was warm friendly and welcoming. My room was clean. The bed was super comfortable The shower ran a perfect temperature. Prasaad couldn't do enough when I needed assistance. To top it off the Thermal pool was the absolute finish to a wonderful stay. I will be back Ty 😊

The overall structure is very good. Clean and tidy room. The common kitchen could be more clean and well maintained.

Was fantastic. We were in the penthouse. You can cast Netflix into the tv and choose any movie you like for the kids to watch and enjoy. We received complimentary drinks. The rooms was spacious and there were lots of beds for each family member. The pool and spa were amazing options to have at hand and there’s a meat lover grill next door! Brisket was delicious!

Great stay in an ensuite room, bright and clean and ideal for travelling around Rotorua. Laundry and EV charging was extremely helpful!

What a joke, booking confirmation didn’t have required details to check in. Phone calls to get assistance were terminated repeatedly. Rubbish in the room and a fridge that didn’t work, extremely disappointed

Perfect location in the centre of town. We could walk to Eat Street and all the resturants within a few minutes. Beds were comfortable and staff very helpful. Keep in mind that there are no lifts, so if you end up on the top floors, you will be doing lots of stairs to get anywhere. Particularly annoying if you have large baggage or prams etc with you that you will need to carry up and down. We stayed on the first floor so it wasnt really an issue for us. They have a large communal kitchen on the first floor that you can use if your room doesnt have a kitchen, which was super handy. Overall, very happy with our stay and would stay there again. Very good value for money.

It was okay, I was visiting family and book a last minute stay in Rotorua. The rooms were mid and the access is confusing. You gotta download an app to get your key which is annoying cause you’ll just delete when done. It’s like a college dorm hallway set up which a common kitchen. Won’t stay again but I see what they’re going for it works but if you want a hotel hotel this ain’t it.

Bra enkelt boende. Vi fick rum utan toa o dusch vilket inte framgick vid bokningen. De rum som hade toa o dusch såg fina ut. Hade oxå en uteplats med ett högt plank o ett picnicbord, rätt trist. Rummen med balkong hade riktiga möbler. Hade vi fått ett annat rum hade känslan varit annorlunda. Då personal endast fanns till 18 o vi kom strax före blev det inte av att försöka ändra rum. Bra med kök och tvättmöjligheter. De som tvättade lämna dock tvätt i maskin så ingen chams att få den. Rummet var dicitalt o hade varit smidigt om appen funka. Fick lov att få en kprtmyckel trots att det var krav att ladda ner en app o pyssla med massa inlogg etc. Hotellet låg bra till. Beroende på vilket rum en får blir upplevelsen olika gissar jag. Vår upplevelse var måttlig.

Very easy check in. Good location and walking distance to restaurants and cafes! Swimming pool was clean and warm. Only downside was other people staying here were quite loud but that is out of the accommodations control. Overall I really enjoyed staying here!

The most friendly Prasad helped me with check in. This place is a gem. Clean linnen. Awesome vibe. Not one negative thing about this place.
