I had an amazing experience from checking until checkout. Rachel, Geroncia, Amari and Jessica were all excellent in their customer service and made me feel at home. Cleaning staff were also very polite and welcoming. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one. I would definitely be back!

My favorite hotel of all time. The ladies also took care of my laundry that was delivered to my room folded and smelling beautifully

Hotel is Beautiful and clean and New. No Restaurant on site is only fall back.

Helpful staff and clean

It was my first time stayed at the Holiday Inn and everything was just excellent. No other word excellent.

The staff were friendly and polite. Many went above and beyond to ensure our experience in St. Vincent was a pleasant one. The rooms were clean, comfortable and bright. The kids enjoyed the pool especially at night. They had a good variety each day for breakfast, though the baked goods were dense and could be improved. Apart from breakfast and a tea/coffee station there was no restaurant onsite but there's a grocery store around the corner and a restaurant ~5 minute walk away. There was also a microwave in the room which we found helpful. It's a convenient location for the airport, but there's no transfer available. You would need a taxi or car to get around the island from here. The staff helped to organize transportation whenever needed, which was very helpful. Overall, we would choose this again if visiting St. Vincent.

The hotel is new, the facilities are perfect, with all the amenities that this chain offers. It is one of the closest to the airport. It offers breakfast and the attention of the staff is very kind and friendly. For lunch or dinner you have to leave the hotel.

the property was in immaculate condition, the staff were always ready and willing to assist. rooms were clean and room service daily. everyday had different breakfast options. my partner and i really enjoyed our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This new property was very clean and modern. The buffet breakfast provided was the main attraction for me. The only thing missing was a restaurant. Everyone was nice and pleasant.

The property was opened in November 2024 and is yet to restablish itself. When we were there in fwbruary 2025 there were very few other guests.It was spacious, clean and the rooms were well serviced. Breakfasts are minimal. There is a nice pool with nice view of the hills. Though some of the receptionists were helpful in contacting taxis they didnt seem to have a clue about sorting out a car rental and bringing in local food takeaways. This I would have thought should have been got to grips with already. Check -in was tedious. The receptionist wanted a copy of my Expedia receipt which sursprised me. The manager explained later that this was due to early teething problems. The pancake machine had also yet to be delivered!

New hotel, breakfast ok however no complimentary water in room refrigerator. Be cautious when booking…..hidden fees not disclosed when checkin in or during stay. Its disclosed at checkout.

The hospitality was beyond what I expected. Always looked forward to greeting from the front desk and breakfast crew, Roxy from the breakfast crew was exceptional, she made our stay even more pleasurable. 9.5 out of 10 easily. Looking forward to my next visit.
