Personnel sympathique, chambre propre

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, früherer Checkin und Gepäckaufbewahrung nach dem Checkout möglich. Frühstück ok. Lage direkt an der U-Bahnstation optimal. Man ist aber auch zu Fuß sehr schnell im Zentrum. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr klein. Einstieg in die Dusche etwas mühsam.

La chambre est idéale pour un cours séjour. Le lit était tres confortable.

Quartier peu reluisant mais hotel propre et abordable au niveau du prix.

Friendly staff.

L'hôtel est simple, le confort moyen. Mais ça aurait pu passer dans un environnement plus agréable. Dès que l'on arrive devant l'hôtel nous sommes importuné par des vendeurs de produits illicites. Endroit pas du tout rassurant

Personnel très aimable et attentionné,nous sommes bien dans le Nord. Quartier calme, bouche de Métro au pied de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner très sympa.

Oda fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değildi. Küçük ve bakımsızdı. Şehir merkezinden 15-20 yürüyüş mesafesinde. Bütçe dostu olarak değerlendirilebilir. Ancak daha temiz ve geniş olmasını beklerdim. Son gün bana şarj aleti ayarlyan resepsiyondaki arkadaşa selam olsun, çok teşekkür ederim kendisine.

Chambres franchement limite et à rafraichir. Douche très petite. Serviettes hors d'âge. Plusieurs chambres dont le radiateur était HS et donc chauffage exclusivement via la clim (bruyant et pas efficace). Chambre globalement propre mais je n'aurais pas dû regarder sous le matelas : il a dû être trainé par terre, plein de particules de je ne sais quelle matière, plus des tâches franchement dégueux.

Check-in was easy enough when they eventually found my booking. Room was small but adequate. Bathroom was tiny but everything was clean and will presented. Good hearing system and the shutters were great for blacking out light. The area was generally pretty quiet apart from a couple of brew crew members who sat nearby at times, but presented no trouble. Proximity to Gambetta station is amazing; a mere 30 steps or so away from the hotel. Staff were pleasant, very amenable and humoured our Franglais, although I have to say it quite often just slipped into English.
