The room was clean and beautiful! Breakfast was wonderful! Will be staying at another one of these hotels in the future for sure!

WE GREATLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT ELEMENT FORT SMITH!!!! LIZZY THE RECEPTIONIST UPGRADED US TO A STUDIO SUITE WHEN WE ARRIVED EARLY FROM EUREKA SPRINGS, AR. BREAKFAST EACH DAY WAS AWESOME.TARA AND KIM GAVE MY WIFE EVERY THING SHE NEEDED. SHE HAS A SPECIAL DIET DUE TO HER MEDS AND THEY MADE SURE SHE HAD PLENTY TO EAT. MUFFIN MONDAY, WAFFLES ON WEDNESDAY, BISCUITS AND TWO TYPES OF GRAVY. WE GREATLY ENJOYED BOTH OUR ROOM AND THE EXCELLENT BREAKFASTS.

The lobby was beautiful and welcoming. The staff were all pleasant. Breakfast was cooked daily but often a repeat of itself and hardly seasoned. Things ran out before it closed and they didn't restock often. The kids missed having waffles available like many hotels. The room was spacious and comfortable. A few little things lacked attention. The shower floor showed darkened wear, which gave the appearance of not being clean, though it likely was. The light above the shower had a cord hanging down instead of well tucked. The toilet paper holder needed tightening. Nothing that would keep us from staying again. It was quiet and pleasant.

The front staff, specifically joylene ( i believe) , the evening clerk, was amazing. ,hen the cleaning staff failed to clean our room, she made sure we had towels and TP. Super friendly and caring

Super nice hotel! Breakfast was avocado toast and hash brown casserole, neither of which my kids eat, but they were able to eat a piece of toast and a muffin. The room was spacious, twice the size of a regular room with a small mini kitchen. This hotel looks brand new, and the staff was accommodating!

It was 100 degrees in town and when I got to my room the heat was on. No way to adjust the temp in room and had to go down to lobby to get them to change it. Rhey said it is motion sensored so ut would change back. Hotel was so hot due to this.

Great property. The room was great and the hotel is very pet friendly. The staff is warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our short stay.

Hotel confortável, novo. Único defeito é o café da manhã, que é péssimo por sinal. Antes fosse aquele café da manhã tradicional dos EUA, com ovos, sausage, waffle, panquecas, etc. Mas não, lá não tem sequer isso, é apenas uma estação em que um funcionário faz “O” prato quente do dia, que no meu caso foi um TACO, com ovos mexidos ressecados e as sausages picotadas.
