아주 저렴하게 입실하여 즐거운 숙박 이었습니다

まず場所が分かりずらい。 日本人にはチェックイン難しかった。 せっかくバスつきにしたのにお湯が出なかった。 エレベーターがなかなかこない。 部屋は綺麗で広かった。

Not easy to access elevator due to high traffic and limited numbers of elevator. Code to access elevator to desire floor does not function well. Dark and damaged walls corridors on guest floor. Refrigerator in guest room does not work.

생각보다 숙소가 넓고 조리할 수 있는 도구도 있었어요! 그리고 캡슐 커피와 생수가 준비되어 있었어요. 너무나 좋았습니다. :)

駅から近くて非常に便利ないいホテルです。

잘 머물다 갑니다~

地下鉄の駅直結でとても便利。部屋も広い。シャワーのみのはずが広いバスつきにグレードアップされていた。エレベーター，部屋、チェックアウト後に預ける荷物室全部メールにきたパスワードで利用だったので、それがわかれば便利。でも、そういうシステムが初めてだったので、ドキドキした。フロントも無人でメールや電話で問い合わせるシステム。 また、滞在中は掃除やタオル交換がなく、してほしい人は連絡し、有料でしてもらう。それが大丈夫な人にはとてもコスパがいい。

Very good location if you plan to spend most of your time in Haeundae. Good accessibility to local transportation. Many eating options near the hotel.

お湯の出が良くなかった以外は全て良かったです。また泊まってみたいと思います♪

Nice location. Great Price!

완전 비대면이라서 좀 불편해요. 욕실 수건도 큰 게 없이 작은 사이즈만 있어 4일 체류기간내내 사용해야되네요.

I stayed here 2 nights in total. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars! The staffs are helpful and easy to reach out online. They provided check-in information clearly one arrival. It is convenient to deposit luggage after checking out. We also enjoyed the night view and perfect location. It located beside the subway station exit with tourists area near around. Staying here means you can enjoy the time in Busan for sure. The hotel is new furbished and clean. Highly recommended for everyone!

Little hard at first as there is no attendant. The building itself is occupied by about three other property owners who do have attendants. But those either refused to talk or said outright that they would not help. Seems Urbanstay really angered those other property employees. Urbanstay sent instructions in Korean in a way that couldn’t be translated. Fortunately some other Urbanstay guests were there, and we worked through the access process. Everything else after that was perfectly fine.

シャワーの水圧が弱い、温度が低い、メールでリクエストしても返信無し。寒かった。他は全て良かったので大変残念。

Great luxury building. Next door to the Metro station

It was great stay

Location is great. Room is comfortable. Ideal for a family holiday. Only downside is the lift. There is only four lifts that service up to 42 levels. It is extremely busy in the morning and during check in and check out hours, so you will need to wait quite a while for it and also to get in and out. As it tends to stop at almost every other floor.

Las indicaciones del alojamiento fueron muy claras. Información completa. El alijamiento muy cómodo, práctico y en un lugar muy conveniente. Definitivamente regresaría.
