Belfast Guesthouse Ensuite room was a great place to say in during our stay in Belfast. Walked into Belfast one day, only 2 miles but could have used the bus.

A good walk from downtown … not much around however clean comfortable and affordable

The next day of my arrival, there’s no power in the property. Though the person in charge attended to it in about two hours, this is not acceptable for any customer. Overall, a bad experience.

The house was ok but this time of the year were it’s cold outside my room was freezing the 2days I stayed

There was two lockboxes, which was too confusing. I spent five minutes trying to open the wrong lockbox. It should be removed.

Service

The house is quiet and clean. We forgot something in our room when we checked out and the person managing the property was very kind and responsive when we communicated with her to get back what we have left.

20min walk to bus stop. Hard to get taxi. No aircon nor elevator. No toiletries. No daily housekeeping inside the room.

Room had only bed, no cupboards, it was nowhere to put clothes. Also first night was very cold, had to tell the owner to bring electric radiator. A bit pricey for very basic. Other rooms had more comfort.

The heating was inadequate,kept going off.Not good in early february.

TV didn't work but everything else was perfectly fine

My stay was excellent. No fuss, straight forward and very comfortable. If you are looking for a lot of personal attention and contact with host then this isn't for you. If you want excellent, clear service with no bother, then this IS for you

Easy to get to Belfast . I had to book last minute so was pleasantly surprised It is in residential area so had my doubts but actually nice and quiet

No trace of owner, only by phone. The guys next to our room were very loud in the night so we couldn't sleep.
