Excellent value hotel, nice big clean room, great facilities and location. Would always stay when visiting Lincoln outstanding valve

Pleasant

The hotel was very good. The only thing which let it down was the time the Damon’s restaurant opened for breakfast. The internet stated that breakfast started at 7am, however when we asked the receptionist, she said that it opened at 8am. We asked her to make sure by ringing across to the restaurant who confirmed it was 8am. This is why I only gave the hotel 4 stars.

The hairdryer was not working. It was very noisy as there is a dual carriageway near the hotel. The room was very hot and stuffy, no air conditioning only very small old-fashioned fan.

Room was clean and equipped with tea and coffee station, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Bed was very comfy! The mini bar down near reception was lovely to relax in and have a drink (reasonably priced too). Staff were friendly and approachable. Stairs only, no lift to upper rooms

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless. Could do with a hook or a in the bathroom to hang towels on. Food in restaurant was amazing and the mini bar in the hotel was perfect. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone

- Great location, easy to get to by car and surprisingly quiet at night time. -About a 10-15 min drive into the city centre which was perfect for us and wouldn’t cost much for a taxi if wanted either. -The hotel reception staff were welcoming and friendly, and the reception area is clean and modern. -Our room was lovely, spacious, and had everything we needed. - There’s a golf sim/sport bar and restaurant next door which you get discount to - And a fuel station on site! We didn’t realise but was a bonus -The ONLY downside is that the shower didn’t work properly but, as we were only staying 1 night, we didn’t go through the hassle of moving rooms. I’m sure the reception team would have been more than accommodating if we’d asked.

Serene environment with relaxing home like environment with restaurants at hand.

Plenty of parking, very clean room, huge bed and very comfortable, nice walk in shower. Will definitely return as easily accessible to city centre via uber.

Im very fussy when it comes to hotels and was unsure about this hotel but choose it because i was visiting friends who live very close by. I was totally blown away. Lovely friendly reception team. Clean and modern room. Went over to restaurent for breakfast which was well cooked and presented. I normally find hotel breakfasts expensive but it was good value for money

Plenty of parking. You get 15% off Damon’s restaurant if you want to eat there. ( was quite pricey) Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was excellent, good size and with the hot tub it made for a very relaxing weekend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside of the stay was the lack of a bed and breakfast option. However this should not detract from the stay as the food at Damon’s restaurant was excellent and good value for money.
